Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wystepuje w nastepujacych odmianach Odmiana 1 Noga z krótka platforma – fig. 1 Odmiana 2 Noga z wydluzona platforma – fig. 2 Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 – uwidoczniono noge meblowa w odmianie pierwszej z lukowata wydrazona w ksztalcie ksiezyca w nowiu platforma i z trójkatnie ulozonymi otworami, na fig. 2 – noge meblowa w drugiej odmianie z lukowata wydrazona w ksztalcie ksiezyca w nowiu platforme z ulozonymi w trójkat otworami. Noga meblowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt wielosciennej bryly z zaokraglonymi plaszczyznami bryly utworzonej na planie rozchylonej, odwróconej litery „L". Nogi moga wystepowac w róznych wysokosciach oraz moga byc wykonane poprzez polaczenie kombinacji róznych materialów innych niz drewno i metal, na przyklad z tworzywa sztucznego. Noga meblowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest bryla, która ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt wielosciennej bryly z zaokraglonymi plaszczyznami utworzonej na planie rozchylonej odwróconej litery „L", ma platforme z otworami przechodzaca lagodnym wewnetrznym lukiem w kolumnowa stope, która jest wychylona na zewnatrz w stosunku do prostopadlej do podloza osi tworzac bryle na bazie kata lekko rozwartego, a frontowa powierzchnia stopy jest zaokraglona, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 i fig. 2. 2. Noga w pierwszej odmianie ma lukowata wydrazona w ksztalcie ksiezyca w nowiu platforme pólkolista od frontu, prostokatna z tylu, z trójkatnie ulozonymi otworami i zaznaczonym bocznym kolnierzem, przechodzaca lagodnym lukiem w stope o podobnym przekroju, której górna krawedz jest na poziomie górnej plaszczyzny stopy, a boczne pionowe krawedzie sa zaokraglone, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1. 3. Noga w drugiej odmianie ma lukowata wydrazona w ksztalcie ksiezyca w nowiu platforme pólkolista od frontu, prostokatna z tylu z trzema ulozonymi w trójkat otworami, przechodzaca lagodnym lukiem w stope o podobnym przekroju, której górna krawedz jest na poziomie górnej plaszczyzny stopy, a boczne pionowe krawedzie sa zaokraglone, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the leg, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is available in the following varieties: Variation 1 Leg with a short platform – fig. 1 Variation 2 Leg with an elongated platform – fig. 2 The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first variety of the furniture leg with an arched platform hollowed out in the shape of a new moon and with triangular holes, and Fig. 2 shows the second variety of the furniture leg with an arched platform hollowed out in the shape of a new moon and with triangular holes. A furniture leg is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from the side, it generally has the shape of a polyhedral solid with rounded surfaces of a solid formed on the plan of a flared, inverted "L". Legs can be available in various heights and can be made by combining a combination of different materials other than wood and metal, for example plastic. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The furniture leg is characterized by being a solid which, in a side view, essentially has the shape of a polyhedral solid with rounded planes formed on a parted inverted "L" plan, has a platform with holes passing by a gentle internal arc into a columnar foot which is tilted outwards in relation to the axis perpendicular to the ground, creating a solid based on a slightly obtuse angle, and the front surface of the foot is rounded, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The leg in the first variant has an arched, hollowed-out platform in the shape of a new moon, semicircular at the front, rectangular at the back, with triangularly arranged holes and a marked side flange, passing by a gentle arc into a foot of similar cross-section, the upper edge of which is at the level of the upper plane of the foot, and the side vertical edges are rounded, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 1. 3. The leg in the second variation has an arched, hollowed-out platform in the shape of a new moon, semicircular at the front, rectangular at the back with three holes arranged in a triangle, passing with a gentle arch into a foot of similar cross-section, the upper edge of which is at the level of the upper plane of the foot, and the side vertical edges are rounded, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2.
