Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest krzeslo, którego rama i podlokietniki sa drewniane a siedzenie i oparcie pleców sa tapicerowane, a czesc podpierajaca podlokietnik jest metalowa rurka. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazano na rysunkach fig.1 do 3. Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w wygladzie krzesla. Oparcie pleców w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata o dluzszym boku pionowym. Poduszka siedzenia w widoku z góry jest trapezem o dluzszym boku równoleglym z przo- du krzesla. Oparcie pleców odgina sie lukowo w tyl ponad punktem mocowania podlo- kietnika, a w dolnej czesci oparcie pleców zmniejsza klinowo w dól swa grubosc, zasla- niajac tylna czesc ramy krzesla. Drewniana rama krzesla i nogi oraz podlokietniki sa w kolorze naturalnego niebarwionego drewna. Rozstaw nóg przednich stanowi okolo 1,2 rozstawu nóg tylnych a wszystkie nogi od góry, w obrebie ramy krzesla i na krótkim odcinku pod rama, sa w przekroju poprzecznym prostokatem, a ponizej az do podstawy kazda z nóg ma dwa boki, polozone od strony sasiedniej nogi, pochylone ukosnie na zewnatrz, zmniejszajac przekrój nóg w kierunku podstawy krzesla. Podlokietniki rozchylaja sie na zewnatrz w kierunku przodu krzesla i sa tak uksztaltowane, ze ich czolo jest sciete skosnie w dól a ich prostokatny przekrój poprzeczny zmniejsza sie do tylu krzesla tworzac ksztalt scietego ostroslupa. Kazdy z podlokietników jest z tylu zamocowany do boku oparcia krzesla w jednym punkcie, oddalonym od podstawy o okolo 0,75 wysokosci krzesla. Z przodu jest wsparty na metalowej, okraglej rurce. Rurka ta oddolnej powierzchni podlokietnika przebiega skosnie w dól do tylu krzesla a nastepnie przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w pozioma czesc skierowana do przodu krzesla i zamocowana do jego drewnianego boku. Podlokietnik wraz z podpierajaca go rurka tworzy, w widoku bocznym z lewej strony, ksztalt zblizony do litery Z. PL PL PLUpholstered Chair The design registration right is valid from February 12, 2001. The design is for a chair with a wooden frame and armrests, an upholstered seat and backrest, and a metal tube supporting the armrest. The design is shown in Figures 1 to 3. The essence of the design is reflected in the chair's appearance. The backrest, viewed from the front, is rectangular in shape with the longer side vertical. The seat cushion, viewed from above, is a trapezoid with the longer side parallel to the front of the chair. The backrest arches backward above the armrest attachment point, and at the bottom, the backrest tapers downward in a wedge-like thickness, obscuring the rear of the chair frame. The wooden chair frame, legs, and armrests are a natural, unstained wood color. The front legs are approximately 1.2 times the width of the rear legs. All legs, from the top, within the chair frame and for a short distance below the frame, are rectangular in cross-section. Below, down to the base, each leg has two sides, located on the side of the adjacent leg, angled diagonally outward, reducing the cross-section of the legs towards the base of the chair. The armrests flare outward toward the front of the chair and are shaped so that their front is beveled downward, and their rectangular cross-section decreases towards the back of the chair, creating a truncated pyramid shape. Each armrest is attached to the side of the chair's backrest at a single point at the rear, approximately 0.75 times the chair's height from the base. At the front, it is supported by a circular metal tube. This tube, from the lower surface of the armrest, runs diagonally down to the back of the chair, then gently curves into the horizontal section facing the front of the chair and attached to its wooden side.
