Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wiadro gospodarcze, znajdujace zastosowanie przy wykonywaniu róznorodnych prac w gospodarstwie domowym, przede wszystkim podczas prac porzadkowych. Wiadro gospodarcze jest tez przydatne w przemysle, glównie w budownictwie, w rolnictwie i w innych dziedzinach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentuje wiadro w widoku ogólnym z góry, z boku i od frontu, natomiast fig. 2 - uwidacznia wiadro w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na rysunku, gdzie fig. 3 - uwidacznia wiadro w przekroju poprzecznym. Wiadro gospodarcze, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczone do odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy. Wokól górnej krawedzi wiadro ma obwodowy kolnierz. Scianka kolnierza jest scieta ukosnie. Od strony frontowej w kolnierzu jest wytloczenie, tworzace wylew. Symetrycznie po obu stronach wiadra, do wywinietego kolnierza jest przymocowany ruchomy uchwyt. Uchwyt ma postac lukowo wyprofilowanego palaka, którego plaszczyzny w poblizu mocowania z kolnierzem sa przesuniete. The bucket is also useful in industry, primarily in construction, agriculture, and other fields. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by its shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bucket in a general view from above, from the side, and from the front, while Fig. 2 shows the bucket from above. The design is also illustrated in a drawing, where Fig. 3 shows the bucket in cross-section. The utility bucket, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of plastic and intended for reproduction in an industrial or craftsmanship manner. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the drawing, Fig. 3, include that the bucket is shaped as a circular vessel, widening upward and open inside. The side wall of the bucket has a recess at the bottom, below which it connects to the bottom. The bottom edge is arched. The bottom of the bucket has an elliptical recess on the outside, visible from the inside as a convexity, making it easier to grip and hold the bucket when filling or emptying its contents. The bucket has a circumferential flange around the upper edge. The flange wall is cut diagonally. On the front side, the flange has an embossing, creating a spout. A movable handle is attached symmetrically to the turned-up collar on both sides of the bucket. The handle is an arched, profiled bow, with offset planes near the collar attachment.
