Opis wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy dotyczy klocków imitujacych cegly budowlane. Klocki sa przeznaczone do zabawy dla dzieci do 14 roku zycia. Umozliwiaja budowe róznych budowli m.in. takich jak: zamki, do- my, bloki, mosty, mury, warownie, ogrodzenia, wieze itp. Klocki wedlug wzoru pelnia funkcje zabawki dla dziecka. Cechy istotne dla wzoru przemyslowego fig. 1 dotycza ksztaltu klocków. Klocek jest w ksztalcie bryly o szesciu bokach, przypomina dlugi, niski prostokat jednak górna scianka jest owalna. Boki figury: prawy i lewy sa w ksztalcie kwadratu, spód figury to prostokat, przód i tyl z racji ze górny bok figury jest owalny sa w ksztalcie prostokata ale ich górna krawedz jest wygieta w góre. The blocks are intended for children up to 14 years of age. They enable the construction of various structures, including castles, houses, apartment blocks, bridges, walls, fortresses, fences, towers, etc. The blocks, as designed, function as a child's toy. The features relevant to the industrial design in Fig. 1 concern the shape of the blocks. The block is a six-sided solid, resembling a long, low rectangle, but the top face is oval. The right and left sides of the figure are square, the bottom is rectangular, and the front and back, because the top face is oval, are rectangular, but their top edge is curved upward.
