Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kosz szancowy, zwany potocznie gabionem, sluzacy do budowy systemów elementów malej architektury, takich jak ogrodzenia, sciany oporowe, meble miejskie, okladziny elewacyjne, ekrany akustyczne, lub temu podobnych. Nowa i oryginalna postac kosza szancowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie wytworu zgodnego z wzorem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje kosz gabionowy w rzucie aksonometrycznym, fig. 2 ukazuje kosz w widoku od strony krótszego boku, a fig. 3 przedstawia kosz w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uklad linii tworzacych siatkowy ksztalt kosza szancowego oraz laczniki w narozach pomiedzy scianami kosza wyprofilowane na ksztalt symetrycznych luków, a takze widoczne jednostronnie nity laczace te profilowe laczniki z poprzecznicami i wzdluznicami scian kosza. The new and original form of the gabion basket according to the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the product in accordance with the design. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the gabion basket in an axonometric projection, Fig. 2 shows the basket in a view from the side of the shorter side, and Fig. 3 shows the basket in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The arrangement of lines creating the grid shape of the gabion basket and the connectors in the corners between the walls of the basket profiled in the shape of symmetrical arcs, as well as rivets visible on one side connecting these profile connectors with the crossbars and stringers of the walls of the basket. The disclosed basket, commonly called a gabion, is intended as an element of small architecture systems, such as fences, retaining walls, city furniture, facade cladding, acoustic screens, or the like.
