Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czekolade pietnastosegmentowa w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 – te sama czekolade w widoku z góry. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the chocolate as a whole, the shape and number of its segments, and the lines dividing these segments and the inscriptions embossed on them. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the fifteen-segment chocolate bar, and Fig. 2 shows the same chocolate bar from above. As shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1–2, multi-segment chocolate has the shape of a flattened cuboid with a rectangular base, with rounded external corners, which has two longitudinally arranged trapezoidal channels on its upper surface, dividing its width into three equal parts, and four transversely arranged trapezoidal channels, dividing its length into five equal parts, together forming fifteen identical segments, having trapezoidal cuts on their side walls, while the upper external surfaces of these channels have identical profiles in the shape of a convex bowl with the word "Wawel" embossed in an arc shape.
