Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 27 marca 200lr. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania wód toaletowych, wód kwiatowych oraz perfum. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.1 - przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz nazalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.4 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona w szyjke przechodzaca ponizej w czesc zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa jest uksztaltowana jako splaszczona bryla o podstawie szesciokata, przy czym u góry czesci zbiornikowej znajduje sie obwodowy uskok. Powyzej tego uskoku obrys butelki jest mniejszy umozliwiajacy osadzenie na butelce nasadki. Przód i tyl czesci zbiornikowej butelki tworza scianki, których dolne krawedzie stanowia równolegle wzgledem siebie boki szesciokatnej podstawy. Boki butelki sa utworzone ze scianek o dolnych krawedziach stanowiacych usytuowane ukosnie scianki szesciokata, przy czym krawedz polaczenia bocznych scianek jest zaokraglona. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since March 27, 2001. The design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging eau de toilette, floral water, and perfume. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the bottom. In accordance with the design, the bottle is equipped with a neck that extends below into the reservoir section. The reservoir portion is shaped as a flattened solid with a hexagonal base, with a circumferential step at the top of the reservoir portion. Above this step, the bottle's outline is reduced, allowing for the cap to be mounted on the bottle. The front and rear of the reservoir portion of the bottle are formed by walls whose lower edges form the parallel sides of a hexagonal base. The sides of the bottle are formed by walls with lower edges forming diagonally arranged hexagonal walls, with the edge where the side walls meet being rounded.
