Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej butelke wraz z nasadka w widoku perspektywicznym.Butelka z nasadka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana jako splaszczona bryla o podstawie szesciokata. Scianki butelki i scianki nasadki sa usytuowane w tych samych plaszczyznach. Przód i tyl butelki oraz przód i tyl nasadki sa utworzone ze scianek, których dolne krawedzie stanowia równolegle wzgledem siebie boki szesciokatnej podstawy. The design is a bottle with a cap, used primarily for packaging eau de toilettes, floral waters, and perfumes. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, showing the bottle with the cap in a perspective view. The bottle with the cap, in accordance with the ornamental design, is shaped as a flattened solid with a hexagonal base. The walls of the bottle and the walls of the cap are located in the same planes. The front and back of the bottle, and the front and back of the cap, are formed from walls whose lower edges constitute the parallel sides of a hexagonal base. The sides of the bottle and the sides of the cap are formed from walls whose lower edges constitute the diagonally arranged sides of a hexagonal base. The joining edge of the side walls is rounded.
