Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona znicza w ksztalcie szklanego wazonu z teczowym refleksem, którego zasadnicza, obwodowa czesc dna jest szesciokatna, zas sam wazon w górnej czesci jest okolony paskiem ze sztucznymi kamykami. Oslona znicza i jej odmiany sa przeznaczone do umieszczania wewnatrz nich np. swieczek, wymiennych wkladów woskowych, olejowych lub lampek elektrycznych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, i fig. 2, natomiast fig. 3 i fig. 4 – przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane wzoru z podstawka, natomiast fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane wzoru z podstawka oraz kapturkiem. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) oslona znicza – fig. 1 i fig. 2, 2) oslona znicza z podstawka – fig. 3, 3) oslona znicza z podstawka i kapturkiem – fig. 4. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2, tj. – oslony znicza – jest to, ze: ? oslone znicza stanowi przestrzenny, transparentny, szklany element w ksztalcie niejako „skreconego" wazonu, u góry zakonczonego okragla, szeroka szyjka z pofalowanym rantem, pod którym znajduje sie kolnierz o szesciokatnym obrysie, od którego w dól biegna scianki wklesle w czesci srodkowej i rozszerzajace sie ku szesciokatnej podstawie; ? scianki wewnetrzne szklanej oslony zostaly tak wyprofilowane, aby nadac im wzór ukosnych pasów opadajacych w dól, ukladajacych sie w tzw. „suknie"; ? pod szesciokatnym kolnierzem szklanej oslony wokól, zostal umieszczony trwale ozdobny pasek skladajacy sie z drobnej siateczki, na której zostaly umieszczone w dwu rzedach obok siebie ozdobne, nieduze sztuczne kamienie tej samej wielkosci i ksztaltu, przy czym w/w pasek spina ozdoba w ksztalcie kwiatka z wiekszym sztucznym kamieniem w srodku oraz malymi wokól; ? szesciokatna podstawa szklanej oslony znicza zakonczona jest okragla, szeroka i niewysoka noga. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. Cecha istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 3, tj. – oslony znicza z podstawka – sa cechy opisane wyzej przy cechach wzoru przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2, tj. oslony znicza, przy czym dodatkowo cecha istotna odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig.3 i rózniaca ja od wzoru przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2 – jest to, ze: ? podstawa korpusu, która stanowi wyzej opisany szklany wazon o szesciokatnej podstawie zakonczonej okragla, szeroka i niewysoka noga - jest mocowana w podstawce w okraglym otworze na wylot, którego brzeg zostal wyposazony w specjalne male wypustki ulatwiajace prawidlowe zespolenie obydwu czesci znicza; ? zewnetrzny, dolny obrys podstawki ma ksztalt szesciokatny ze scietymi katami, przy czym sciete katy tworza dodatkowe krótkie boczki dwustopniowej podstawki o bokach lekko scietych na zewnatrz. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. Ilustracja wzoruPL 21351 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a candle cover in the shape of a glass vase with a rainbow reflection, the basic, circumferential part of the bottom of which is hexagonal, while the vase itself is surrounded in the upper part by a strip with artificial stones. The candle cover and its variants are intended to be used to place inside them e.g. candles, replaceable wax or oil inserts or electric lamps. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 2, while fig. 3 and fig. 4 – present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design, where fig. 3 presents a variant of the design with a base, while fig. 4 presents a variant of the design with a base and a cap. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) candle cover – fig. 1 and fig. 2, 2) candle cover with stand – fig. 3, 3) candle cover with stand and cap – fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, i.e. – candle cover – is that: the cover of the candle is a spatial, transparent, glass element in the shape of a sort of "twisted" vase, topped with a round, wide neck with a wavy edge, under which there is a collar with a hexagonal outline, from which concave walls run downwards in the central part and widen towards the hexagonal base; ? the inner walls of the glass cover have been profiled to give them a pattern of diagonal stripes falling downwards, forming the so-called "dress"; under the hexagonal collar of the glass cover around it, a permanently decorative strip has been placed, consisting of a fine mesh, on which decorative, small artificial stones of the same size and shape have been placed in two rows next to each other, the aforementioned strip being fastened by a flower-shaped decoration with a larger artificial stone in the middle and small ones around it; ? the hexagonal base of the glass cover of the candle is finished with a round, wide and low leg. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration Fig. 3, i.e. – a candle lantern cover with a base – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, i.e. a candle lantern cover, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration Fig. 3 and distinguishing it from the design shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 – is that: ? the base of the body, which is the above-described glass vase with a hexagonal base topped with a round, wide and low leg – is mounted in the base in a round hole through, the edge of which has been equipped with special small protrusions facilitating the correct assembly of both parts of the candle lantern; the outer, lower outline of the base has a hexagonal shape with cut corners, where the cut corners create additional short sides of a two-step base with sides slightly cut outwards. The form of the design without colour designation is submitted for protection. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 4, i.e. a candle cover with a base and a cap – are the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustration fig. 3, i.e. a candle cover with a base, whereby an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 4 and distinguishing it from the design shown in illustration fig. 3 – is that: the cover of the candle is closed from the top with a three-dimensional cap, a non-transparent element, resembling the shape of a rose bud, surrounded by leaves, the surface of which is wavy and additionally painted; PL 21351 3 - the cap is finished with a hoop at the bottom, thanks to which it can be used not only on its own as a cover for candles or wax and oil inserts, but also as an overlay on other protective elements, e.g. the body; - both in the upper, top part of the rose bud and in the lower part under the leaves from the bottom there are holes - slots through which smoke and light can penetrate, at the same time additionally increasing the decorativeness of the design; thanks to their location and size, the slots make it difficult for water to penetrate the interior of the candle cover.
