C e c h a i s t o t n a w z o r u p r z e m y s l o w e g o przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1, tj. lampy – jest to, ze: – ma ona abazur wykonany z tkaniny, w ksztalcie walca, który odkryty od góry i od dolu; – zarówno dolna jak i górna krawedz abazuru obejmuje drewniany stelaz zlozony z dwóch skrzyzowanych ze soba listew i zlaczonych po srodku, przy czym kazde z ich czterech ramion zakonczone jest krótka prostopadla listewka obejmujaca niejako – odpowiednio dolna lub górna – krawedz abazuru; – z poziomego ramienia górnego stelaza abazuru, poprzez dwa niewielkie tulejkowate elementy, wyprowadzone sa pionowo w góre okragle przewody, przy czym – przewody te wprowadzone sa poprzez dwa kolejne, niewielkie tulejkowate elementy do drewnianego, ozdobnego, niewielkiego prostokatnego elementu wienczacego poziomo góre lampy. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania jego kolorów. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustration Fig. 1 in a side perspective view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration Fig. 1, i.e. a lamp, is that: – it has a lampshade made of fabric, in the shape of a cylinder, which is open at the top and bottom; – both the lower and upper edges of the lampshade include a wooden frame composed of two crossed slats joined in the middle, with each of their four arms terminating in a short perpendicular slat that, as it were, encloses the lower or upper edge of the lampshade, respectively; – Round wires run vertically upwards from the horizontal arm of the upper lampshade frame through two small, sleeve-like elements, and – these wires are led through two further, small, sleeve-like elements to a small, decorative, rectangular wooden element that horizontally crowns the top of the lamp.
