The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustration fig. 1, while fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9 and fig. 10 – present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. List of industrial design variations: 1. lamp – fig. 1, 2. flexible lamp – fig. 2, 3. flexible lamp with a PVC mesh lampshade – fig. 3, 4. lamp with two lampshades – fig. 4, 5. ceiling lamp with two PVC mesh lampshades – fig. 5, 6. ceiling lamp with three PVC mesh lampshades – fig. 6, 7. lamp with three PVC mesh lampshades – fig. 7, 8. lamp with three lampshades – fig. 8, 9. wall lamp – fig. 9, 10. floor lamp – fig. 10. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. the lamp – is that: ? the upper element of the lamp, made of varnished metal, is a small cylindrical element, closed at the bottom – with a slightly larger diameter – by a flat bottom, while a sleeve-shaped element is vertically attached to the surface of the bottom, centrally at the bottom, terminated at the bottom with a smaller transverse sleeve; ? to both ends of the transverse sleeve, laterally and vertically downwards, two similar elements in the shape of rectangular plates with rounded smaller sides, positioned parallel to each other, made of wood, are attached (with screws with wing nuts, visible from the outside) to the lower part of both plates – another similar transverse sleeve is attached (with screws with wing nuts, visible from the outside), and from it, centrally, another sleeve is led vertically downwards; a lampshade is attached to the lower vertical sleeve, wherein ? the lampshade is an element resembling a cone cut off from the top, wherein ? the lampshade is made of material on PVC foil. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 2, i.e. a bendable lamp, are all the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustration fig. 1, describing the lamp, while an additional essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 2 is that: ? elements in the shape of rectangular plates with rounded smaller sides are attached to the upper transverse sleeve at an angle, so that as a result the lampshade hangs somewhat offset to the side in relation to the upper element of the lamp. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 9, i.e. the wall lamp, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustration fig. 1, describing the lamp, whereby the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 9 is that: ? instead of the upper element of the lamp we have a side element of the wall lamp, made of varnished metal, which is a small cylindrical element, set, as it were, vertically, to which a tube-shaped element is attached horizontally, centrally to the surface of its base, ending with a smaller transverse sleeve; to the transverse sleeve, slightly diagonally upwards are attached (visible from the outside with screws with wing nuts) two similar elements in the shape of rectangular plates with rounded smaller sides, set parallel to each other, made of wood; ? in the upper part of both plates, another similar transverse sleeve is attached (visible from the outside with screws with wing nuts), and from it, in the centre, another sleeve is led diagonally downwards; ? the lamp shade is attached to the lower sleeve, while ? the wall lamp shade is made of PVC mesh. A feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 10, i.e. a standing lamp, are the features described above for the features of the design shown in illustration fig. 1, describing the lamp, wherein the essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in illustration fig. 10 is that: ? instead of the upper element of the lamp we have a lamp base, made of varnished metal, which is essentially a flat round horizontal element, from the surface of which a vertically extending sleeve-like element is centrally led out, ending with a transverse smaller sleeve; ? to the transverse sleeve, slightly diagonally upwards are attached (visible from the outside with screws with butterfly nuts) two analogous elements in the shape of rectangular plates with rounded smaller sides, set parallel to each other, made of wood; from the free ends of the plates – through another analogous arrangement of sleeves – two more analogous elements are led out almost at right angles and slightly upwards, which are slightly shorter plates, and to them – through another analogous arrangement of sleeves – the lampshade is attached.
