Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 1a, nato- miast fig. 2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym na ilustra- cji fig. 1 - przedstawiono wzór w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu, zas na ilustracjach fig. 1a i fig. 2 - przedstawiono wzór i jego odmiane w widoku od spodu. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania jego kolorów. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figures 1 and 1a, while Figure 2 shows its next form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. Figure 1 shows the design in a perspective view from below, while Figures 1a and 2 show the design and its variant from below. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) lamp - fig. 1 and fig. 1a, 2) lamp with three threaded sockets - fig. 2. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 and fig. 1a, i.e. the lamp - is that: - its lampshade is made of six analogous elements, each of which is an element made of a light, matt material, resembling in its shape a vertically elongated trapezium, in which the lower base is arched downwards, while the surface of the trapezoidal element, closer to its upper base, is transversely profiled in such a way that when the trapezoidal elements are placed next to each other, they create the shape of a lampshade resembling a flower calyx turned downwards, wherein - each of the six trapezoidal elements is placed within a metal frame, the shape of which corresponds to the outline of the trapezoidal element, and additionally, in the lower part of each frame, two small elements are visible, slightly overlapping the trapezoidal elements; - all the frames are connected in such a way that the longitudinal elements of two adjacent frames are common to both frames, and the whole forms a kind of lamp frame; wherein - in the central part of the lampshade, on its inner side, is placed a substantially circular metal element, in which the lamp's threaded socket is embedded; - above the lampshade, a chain-like element extends vertically upwards and is inserted through the sleeve-like element into the upper, cup-like part of the lamp. Protection is sought for the spatial form of the design, without designating its colors.
