Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest parówka, stanowiaca produkt wedliniarski z mielonego miesa w pelnej oslonie z jelita zwierzecego lub w oslonie sztucznej, bedaca produktem przemyslowym nalezacym do grupy produktów spozywczych wedliniarskich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu urzeczywistniona w przedstawio- nych odmianach, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu postaci produktów, bez wzgledu na jego smak, kolor, czy strukture. Wystepuje on w róznych odmianach, rózniacych sie dlugoscia i gruboscia, z zastrzezeniem, ze srednica parówki jest zawsze mniejsza niz jej dlugosc. Znany produkt parówki otoczony jest oslona z jelita zwierzecego lub oslona sztuczna. Oslona ta utrzymuje produkt w zwartej formie, szczelnie otaczajac z kazdej strony umieszczone w nim rozdrobnione mieso. Znany jest takze gotowy produkt miesny w postaci kotleta typu „hamburger", w którym porcja miesa zostala uformowana w plaski, okragly placek. Produkt taki nie posiada jednak zadnej oslony utrzymujacej go w nienaruszonym ksztalcie. Parówka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w kazdej z jego odmian ma ksztalt plaskiego kotleta, którego wysokosc jest zdecydowanie mniejsza niz szerokosc jego podstawy. Parówka w odmianie pierwszej uwidocznionej na Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 ma ksztalt zblizony do walca. Parówka w odmianie drugiej uwidocznionej na Fig. 4, Fig. 5 i Fig. 6 ma ksztalt zblizony do walca o zaokraglonych krawedziach bocznych. Parówka w odmianie trzeciej uwidocznionej na Fig. 7, Fig. 8 i Fig. 9 ma ksztalt zblizony do wal- ca eliptycznego. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object embodied in the presented varieties, manifested in the form of the products, regardless of its taste, color, or texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the first variant of the industrial design in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a side view, Fig. 6 shows the second variant of the industrial design in a perspective view, Fig. 7 shows the third variant of the industrial design in a top view, Fig. 8 shows the third variant of the industrial design in a side view, Fig. 9 shows the third variant of the industrial design in a perspective view, Fig. 10 shows the fourth variant of the industrial design in a top view, Fig. 11 shows the fourth variant of the industrial design in a side view, Fig. 12 shows the fourth variant of the industrial design in a perspective view. List of industrial design variations The first variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shows a sausage in the shape of a flat cutlet, the bases of which are circular and its side edges are substantially straight. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 shows a sausage in the shape of a flat cutlet, the bases of which are circular and its side edges are rounded. The third variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 shows a sausage in the shape of a flat cutlet, the bases of which are oval and its side edges are substantially straight. The fourth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 10, Fig. 11, and Fig. 12, depicts a flat-cutlet-shaped sausage with oval bases and rounded side edges. Essential features of the industrial design: The known finished sausage product is a regular cylinder with bulging bases. It comes in various varieties, varying in length and thickness, provided that the sausage's diameter is always smaller than its length. The known sausage product is surrounded by a casing made of animal intestine or an artificial casing. This casing keeps the product compact, tightly enclosing the minced meat inside on all sides. There is also a known ready-made meat product in the form of a "hamburger" cutlet, in which a portion of meat has been formed into a flat, round patty. However, such a product does not have any cover keeping it in an intact shape. The sausage according to the industrial design in each of its varieties has the shape of a flat cutlet, the height of which is significantly smaller than the width of its base. The sausage in the first variety shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 has a shape similar to a cylinder. The sausage in the second variety shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 has a shape similar to a cylinder with rounded side edges. The sausage in the third variety shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 has a shape similar to an elliptical cylinder.
