Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada stanowiaca slodka przekaske lub deser. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie z przodu, Fig. 2, 3 i 6 przedstawiaja wzór prze- myslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie z boku, Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej i drugiej odmianie od dolu, Fig. 7 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku z przodu, Fig. 8 i 9 przedsta- wia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. Wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie posiada ksztalt owalny z niewielkimi wypuklosciami o róznej wysokosci i stozkowatym ksztalcie, przypominajace swym ksztaltem góry. Wypuklosci tworza pasmo o róznej szerokosci skoncentrowane zasadniczo w centralnej czesci owalu, rozciagajace sie na jego calej szerokosci, od którego odchodza prostopadle w dól dwa boczne pasma oraz dwa pasma w górnej czesci owalu, przy czym drugie pasmo rozwidlajac sie tworzy dwie odnogi, z których jedna tworzy plaszczyzne o równej wysokosci rozciagajaca sie az do zewnetrznych krawedzi owalu. W drugiej odmianie wzór przemyslowy posiada ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym na wierzcholkach i scianach bocznych stozkowatych wypuklosci usytuowano polewe jasniejszego koloru od pozostalej czesci wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie przypomina swym ksztaltem osniezony masyw górski. Wzór przemyslowy we wszystkich odmianach moze byc wykonany z czekolady barwionej na rózne kolory. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in the first variant from the front, Figs. 2, 3 and 6 show the industrial design in the first variant in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows the industrial design in the first variant from the side, Fig. 5 shows the industrial design in the first and second variants from below, Fig. 7 shows the industrial design in the second variant in a front view, Figs. 8 and 9 show the industrial design in the second variant in a perspective view. The industrial design in the first version has an oval shape with small protrusions of different heights and a conical shape, resembling mountains in their shape. The protrusions form a band of different widths concentrated essentially in the central part of the oval, extending over its entire width, from which two side bands extend perpendicularly downwards and two bands in the upper part of the oval, where the second band branches out to form two branches, one of which forms a plane of equal height extending to the outer edges of the oval. In the second version, the industrial design has a shape like in the first version, whereby on the tops and side walls of the conical protrusions a coating of a lighter colour is placed than the rest of the industrial design. The industrial design in the second variation resembles a snow-capped mountain range in its shape. The industrial design in all variations may be made of chocolate dyed in different colours.
