Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekolada stanowiaca slodka przekaske lub deser. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie widoku z przodu, Fig. 2, 4 i 6 przedstawiaja wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslo- wy w pierwszej odmianie z boku, Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej i drugiej odmianie z dolu, Fig. 7 i 9 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 8 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku z przodu. Wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie posiada prostokatny ksztalt z niewielkimi wypuklo- sciami o róznej wysokosci i stozkowatym ksztalcie przypominajace swym ksztaltem góry. Wypuklosci tworza pasmo o róznej szerokosci skoncentrowane zasadniczo w centralnej czesci prostokata, rozcia- gajace sie na jego calej szerokosci, od którego odchodza prostopadle w dól dwa boczne pasma oraz dwa pasma w górnej czesci prostokata, przy czym drugie pasmo rozwidlajac sie tworzy dwie odnogi, z których jedna tworzy plaszczyzne o równej wysokosci rozciagajaca sie az do zewnetrznych krawedzi prostokata. W drugiej odmianie wzór przemyslowy posiada ksztalt jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym na wierzcholkach i scianach bocznych stozkowatych wypuklosci usytuowano polewe jasniejszego koloru od pozostalej czesci wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie przypomina swym ksztaltem osniezony masyw górski. Wzór przemyslowy we wszystkich odmianach moze byc wykonany z czekolady barwionej na rózne kolory. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in its first variant from a front view; Figs. 2, 4, and 6 show the industrial design in its first variant from a perspective view; Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in its first variant from a side view; Fig. 5 shows the industrial design in its first and second variants from below; Figs. 7 and 9 show the industrial design in its second variant from a perspective view; Fig. 8 shows the industrial design in its second variant from a front view. The first variant of the industrial design has a rectangular shape with small protrusions of varying heights and a conical shape resembling mountains. The protrusions form a band of varying widths concentrated primarily in the central part of the rectangle, extending across its entire width. From this band extend perpendicularly downward, two side bands and two bands extend across the top of the rectangle. The second band branches out to form two branches, one of which forms a plane of equal height extending to the outer edges of the rectangle. In the second variant, the industrial design has the same shape as the first variant, with the tops and side faces of the conical protrusions covered with a lighter color coating than the rest of the industrial design. The second variant of the industrial design resembles a snow-capped mountain range. All variants of the industrial design can be made of chocolate dyed in various colors.
