Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekoladka. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego charakterystycznym ksztalcie i ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czekoladke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – te sama czekoladke w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 – te sama czekoladke w widoku z góry. Jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1–3 czekoladka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt bryly prostopadlosciennej o podstawie kwadratowej z zaokraglonymi narozami oraz trapezowymi scianami bocznymi, z zaokraglonymi krawedziami, a górna jej powierzchnia ma profil wypuklej czaszy. Poza tym na górnej powierzchni sciany po przekatnej znajduje sie wytloczony, stylizowany i pochyly napis WAWEL. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its distinctive shape and ornamentation. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the chocolate in perspective, Fig. 2 – the same chocolate from a side view, and Fig. 3 – the same chocolate from above. As shown in illustrations Figs. 1–3, the chocolate, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a cuboid with a square base, rounded corners, trapezoidal side walls, and rounded edges. Its upper surface has a convex dome profile. Furthermore, the upper surface of the wall features an embossed, stylized, and cursive inscription "WAWEL" across the diagonal.
