Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wózek sadowniczy do przewozu palet sadowniczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowej postaci wynikajacej z oryginalnego ksztaltu i ukladzie elementów wózka. Wózek sadowniczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac prostokatnej ramy wykonanej z ru- ry, w której z przedniej strony umieszczony jest dyszel z kula, a z tylu zaczep kulowy. Wszystkie kra- wedzie i narozniki ramy sa zaokraglone. Rama zawiera dolna i górna platforme polaczona pochylona scianka pokryta blacha. Przód i tyl dolnej platformy polaczone sa, umieszczonymi wzdluz podluznej osi wózka plozami, wzmocnionymi bocznymi zagieciami, tworzacymi podloge powstalego zaglebienia. Skrzynio-palety wchodza w zaglebienie z rur, przez co niemozliwe jest jakiekolwiek ich przesuniecie. Górna platforma równiez w postaci zaglebienia z rur posiada powierzchnie ladunkowa pokryta blacha z dwoma, poprzecznymi do kierunku jazdy wózka, podluznymi wybrzuszeniami. Pod górna platforma umieszczone sa zamontowane na wspólnej osi kola jezdne. Po bokach górnej platformy i scianki la- czacej platforme górna z dolna umiejscowione sa blotniki czesciowo przykrywajace kola jezdne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedsta- wia wózek w widoku z góry, fig. 2 – wózek w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 3 – wózek w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 – wózek w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 5 – wózek w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w oryginalnym polaczeniu wszystkich ele- mentów wózka rama wykonana z rur. Wózek nie posiada zadnych ostrych katów i krawedzi. Jest bez- pieczny zarówno dla zdejmowanej skrzynio-palety z owocami jak i dla osób napelniajacych palete owocami. Wyróznikiem sa równiez, wzmocnione bocznymi zagieciami, plozy. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in its new form resulting from the original shape and arrangement of the cart's components. The orchard cart, according to the industrial design, has the form of a rectangular frame made of tubing, with a drawbar with a ball at the front and a ball coupling at the rear. All edges and corners of the frame are rounded. The frame contains a lower and upper platform connected by an inclined wall covered with sheet metal. The front and rear of the lower platform are connected by skids placed along the longitudinal axis of the cart, reinforced with lateral bends, forming the floor of the resulting recess. The box pallets fit into the recess made of tubing, preventing any movement. The upper platform, also in the form of a tubular recess, has a loading surface covered with sheet metal with two longitudinal bulges perpendicular to the direction of travel of the trolley. Under the upper platform are running wheels mounted on a common axle. On the sides of the upper platform and the wall connecting the upper and lower platforms are fenders partially covering the running wheels. The industrial design is shown in photographs: Fig. 1 shows the trolley from above, Fig. 2 – the trolley from the left side, Fig. 3 – the trolley from the rear, Fig. 4 – the trolley from the right side, and Fig. 5 – the trolley from the front. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the unique combination of all the trolley components – the tubular frame. The trolley has no sharp angles or edges. It is safe both for the removable fruit box-pallet and for people filling the pallet with fruit. Another distinguishing feature is the runners, reinforced with side bends.
