Moga to byc równiez zele, balsamy kosmetyczne oraz produkty o dzialaniu leczniczym, takie jak: masci, zele lecznicze, balsamy lecznicze i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Sloik, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wytwarzany w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzany z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia sloik w widoku ogólnym z przodu, natomiast fig. 2 – sloik w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany równiez na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 – prezentujacej sloik w widoku ogólnym. U góry bocznej scianki cylindra jest utworzony uskok pod katem prostym, którego górna scianka tworzy wokól nagwintowanej szyjki obwodowa powierzchnie pozioma. Od spodu, na obwodzie sloika rozciaga sie wypuklosc o zaokraglonych obrzezach. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the jar is manufactured industrially or by hand from glass. It can also be made from plastics. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar in a general front view, and Fig. 2 shows the jar in a view from the bottom. The subject of the industrial design is also illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, which shows the jar in a general view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design presented in Figures 1, 2, and 3 include that it is shaped like a flattened cylinder with an arc-shaped lower edge. A right-angle offset is created at the top of the cylinder's side wall, the upper wall of which forms a horizontal circumferential surface around the threaded neck. A convexity with rounded edges extends from the bottom around the circumference of the jar. The bottom of the jar is recessed within this circumferential convexity.
