Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na wyroby kosmetyczne, stosowana jako opakowanie jednostkowe takich wyrobów jak: balsamy do ciala, kremy kosmetyczne, zele, mydla w plynie, szampony, farby do wlosów, odzywki do wlosów lub inne. Butelka moze tez byc wykorzystywana jako opakowanie róznorodnych wyrobów chemii gospodarczej lub produktów farmaceutycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Butelka na wyroby kosmetyczne, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy, glównie z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – ilustruje butelke w widoku ogólnym z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 – pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig. 3 – w widoku z boku, fig. 4 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góry, natomiast fig. 5 – w widoku od spodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka na wyroby kosmetyczne, jest uksztaltowana w widoku z boku w formie splaszczonej bryly. Bryla ta w widoku od frontu ma zarys nieregularnego owalu rozmieszczonego pionowo, scietej u góry i u dolu. Bryla zweza sie ku górze i ku dolowi, a w dolnym odcinku jest rozszerzona. Powyzej czesci pojemnikowej butelka jest zaopatrzona w nasadke, której zarys stanowi przedluzenie zarysu czesci pojemnikowej. Od góry pojemnik jest zamykany uchylna klapka z górna scianka pozioma. W uchylnej klapce od spodu znajduje sie wglebienie o szerokosci odpowiadajacej szerokosci wglebienia wykonanego ponizej w nasadce. Wglebienia w uchylnej klapie i w nasadce tworza zamkniety obwód o zarysie splaszczonej kropli. Od spodu czesc pojemnikowa ma owalne wglebienie. The bottle can also be used as packaging for various household chemicals or pharmaceuticals. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the cosmetic bottle is intended for industrial or handicraft production, primarily from plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle in a general front and side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 in a side view, Fig. 4 in a top view, and Fig. 5 in a bottom view. Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, include that the cosmetics bottle is shaped in a side view as a flattened shape. In the front view, this shape has the outline of an irregular oval arranged vertically, truncated at the top and bottom. The shape tapers towards the top and bottom, and is widened at the bottom. Above the container, the bottle is fitted with a cap, the outline of which is an extension of the container's outline. The top of the container is closed by a hinged flap with a horizontal upper wall. The hinged flap has a recess at the bottom, the width of which corresponds to the width of the recess made below in the cap. The recesses in the hinged flap and the cap form a closed circuit with the outline of a flattened teardrop. The container has an oval recess at the bottom. In accordance with the industrial design, the bottle's front and back walls are decorated with fanciful, arc-shaped grooves, arranged in the lower left corner.
