Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie biurka, szafy i komody, przeznaczony do wyposazenia biur korzystnie gabinetów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke oraz uklad. Biurko zestawu mebli, gdzie wyodrebniona jasna czesc korpusu biurka jest podniesiona nad blatem biurka z przestrzenia do przechowywania w ramach wyzszego graniastoslupa korpusu. Korpus biurka jest osadzony na stelazu w ksztalcie dwóch odwróconych plóz – jak przedstawiono na fig. 2. Biurko zestawu mebli ma korpus w ksztalcie dwóch lezacych graniastoslupów o róznych wyso- kosciach i o podstawach w ksztalcie czworokatów, stykajacych sie dlugim bokiem. Tylna sciana w ksztalcie prostokata jest czesciowo zamknieta, a w drugiej czesci posiada wneke. Korpus biurka jest osadzony na stelazu w ksztalcie dwóch odwróconych plóz – jak przedstawiono na fig. 3. Szafa zestawu mebli ma korpus o obrysie prostopadloscianu osadzony na stelazu w ksztalcie dwóch prostokatnych plóz. Otwierany front z plyty w ksztalcie prostokata zakrywajacy pólki znajduje sie po lewej stronie w pozycji pionowej oraz na dole w pozycji poziomej. Po prawej stronie znajduja sie przestrzenne drzwi przesuwne w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu ze szklanym frontem, odslaniajace we- wnetrzna jasna przestrzen z pólkami – jak przedstawiono na figurze 4. Szafa zestawu mebli ma korpus o obrysie prostopadloscianu osadzony na stelazu w ksztalcie dwóch prostokatnych plóz. Otwierany front z plyty w ksztalcie prostokata zakrywajacy pólki znajduje sie po prawej stronie w pozycji pionowej oraz na dole w pozycji poziomej. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and arrangement. The desk in the furniture set has a body in the shape of two lying prisms of different heights and with quadrangular bases, touching at the long side, with a separate, movable, bright rectangular part with a curved edge and a profiled handle. The desk body is mounted on a frame in the shape of two inverted runners – as shown in Fig. 1. The desk of the furniture set, where a separate light section of the desk body is raised above the desk top, with storage space within the upper prism of the body. The desk of the furniture set has a body in the shape of two lying prisms of different heights and with quadrangular bases, touching along the long side. A rectangular, opening board front covering shelves is located vertically on the left side and horizontally at the bottom. On the right side are spacious, cuboid-shaped sliding doors with a glass front, revealing a bright interior space with shelves – as shown in Figure 4. The cabinet of the furniture set has a cuboid frame mounted on a frame shaped like two rectangular runners. A rectangular, opening board front covering shelves is located vertically on the right side and horizontally at the bottom. The central section features spacious, cuboid-shaped sliding doors with a glass front, revealing a bright space with internal drawers – as shown in Figure 5. The chest of drawers in the furniture set has a cuboid-shaped body mounted on a frame in the form of rectangular runners; the body is divided into two parts, with the outer, bright part in the shape of a protruding cuboid with a flat front, behind which lies the interior space. The remaining part of the body, lowered by the space under the tabletop, is closed with a door – as shown in Figure 6. The chest of drawers in the furniture set has a cuboid-shaped body mounted on a frame in the form of rectangular runners; The body is divided into two parts, with the outer, bright part in the shape of a protruding cuboid with visible shelves, behind which lies the interior space. The remaining part of the body, lowered by the space under the top, is closed with a door – as shown in figure 7.PL 21859 3 The design possesses essential features of an industrial design: – opening display elements (lower part of the desk body, external segment of the chest of drawers, sliding doors of the wardrobe); – the bodies are mounted on a frame; – differentiation (tectonics) of planes/spatiality (the fronts of the wardrobe and chest of drawers are not on the same plane – some of them protrude forward, the desk body has a more protruding part at the back); – contains a compositional division into closed planes and a recess; – contrasting color composition by using furniture elements in a lighter color than the rest of the furniture.
