Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do wyposazenia pomiesz- czen dziennych lub salonów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii kontu- rów, ksztaltów, barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz oryginalnym ukladzie czesci otwartych i pel- nych mebli, które nadaja meblom swoisty oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny, przez co mebel uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kredens wysoki, kredens niski, witryna, ba- rek, biblioteczka do kominka, obudowa z wkladem do kominka, komoda szklana, komoda pelna, szaf- ka RTV. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kredens wysoki w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 – kredens niski w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 – wi- tryne w widoku ogólnym, fig. 4 – barek w widoku ogólnym, fig. 5 – biblioteczke do kominka w widoku ogólnym, fig. 6 – obudowe z wkladem do kominka w widoku ogólnym, fig. 7 – komode szklana w wi- doku ogólnym, fig. 8 – komode pelna w widoku ogólnym, fig. 9 – szafke RTV w widoku ogólnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw mebli charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma oryginalna dwukolorowa barwe, a mianowicie wy- konany jest w kolorze debu naturalnego i kolorze kawowym. We wszystkich meblach wchodzacych w sklad zestawu zastosowano charakterystyczne szero- kie scianki górne, dolne i boczne. Nastepna indywidualna cecha wyrózniajaca zestawu sa poziome uchwyty o ksztalcie waskich prostopadloscianów. Ponadto cecha indywidualna sa charakterystyczne drzwiczki pólek zamykanych, które skladaja sie z trzech czesci: pelnej przezroczystej – szklanej i pel- nej, przy czym czesc przezroczysta szklana otoczona jest aluminiowa ramka o szerokosci dopasowa- nej do grubosci czesci pelnych. Kredens wysoki jest to prostopadloscian, którego przednia powierzchnie stanowia podwójne drzwiczki, przy czym szerokosc jednych drzwi jest mniejsza niz szerokosc drugich drzwi. Drzwiczki sa z trzech czesci: pelnej, przezroczystej – szklanej i pelnej, przy czym czesc przezroczysta szklana oto- czona jest aluminiowa ramka o szerokosci dopasowanej do grubosci czesci pelnych. Czesc przezro- czysta – oszklona drzwiczek jest u góry. Ponizej oszklenia drzwiczki posiadaja uchwyty. Wewnatrz kredensu sa pólki, przy czym oszklona pólka posiada oswietlenie. Kredens niski jest to prostopadloscian, który u góry ma otwarte dwie pólki. W posrodku, ponizej pólek znajduja sie trzy wysuwane szuflady. Dwie szuflady maja taka sama wysokosc, a trzecia szufla- da jest wyzsza od nich. Szuflady zaopatrzone sa w pionowe uchwyty. Ponizej szuflad przednia po- wierzchnia dolnej czesci posiada otwierane podwójne drzwiczki z poziomymi uchwytami, zamykaja- cymi pólke. Witryna jest to podluzny prostopadloscian, której przednia powierzchnie stanowi w górnej czesci pólke zamykana drzwiczkami skladajacymi z trzech czesci: pelnej, przezroczystej – szklanej i pelnej, przy czym czesc przezroczysta szklana otoczona jest aluminiowa ramka o szerokosci dopasowanej do grubosci czesci pelnych. Czesc oszklona pólki posiada oswietlenie. Ponizej oszklenia drzwiczki posia- daja uchwyt. Pod drzwiczkami jest wysuwana szuflada, zaopatrzona w pionowy uchwyt. Nad szufla- dami jest wneka zaopatrzona w oswietlenie, a nad nia poprzeczna sciana. Barek jest to prostopadloscian, który po bokach ma prawa i lewa pólke zamykana pelnymi drzwiczkami. Drzwiczki u góry posiadaja poziome uchwyty. W posrodku barku sa trzy szerokie szufla- dy, u góry zaopatrzone w poziome uchwyty. Biblioteczka jest to prostopadloscian stojacy na dwóch szerokich nogach. Wewnatrz nóg znaj- duja sie pólki podzielone pionowo na trzy czesci. Prostopadloscian jest to pólka podzielona poziomo na trzy czesci, przy czym czesci boczne sa takie same i szersze od czesci srodkowej. Zas czesci boczne i czesc srodkowa podzielone sa pionowo na trzy równe czesci. Kominek posiada obudowe o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Obudowa kominka posrodku u dolu posiada wneke w której umieszczone jest palenisko kominka, a nad wneka znajduje sie szuflada i pod wneka pozioma scianka zaslaniajaca. Szuflada u góry jest najnizsza, a u dolu najwyzsza, zas w posrodku szuflady sa takie same. Szerokosc szuflad jest mniejsza od szerokosci drzwiczek bocznych. Pelne drzwiczki bocznych pólek posiadaja dwa po- ziome rowki, na wysokosci dolu górnej szuflady i góry dolnej szuflady. Szafka RTV z jest to niski prostopadloscian, który w dolnej czesci posiada obok siebie dwie wy- suwane szuflady, a nad szufladami znajduje sie wneka. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of furniture, manifested in the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, surface properties, and the original arrangement of open and solid furniture parts. These give the furniture a unique and individual aesthetic appearance, giving it distinctive and functional characteristics. A furniture set according to the industrial design comprises a tall sideboard, a low sideboard, a display cabinet, a bar, a fireplace bookcase, a fireplace surround with an insert, a glass chest of drawers, a solid chest of drawers, and an RTV cabinet. A furniture set according to the industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of a tall sideboard, Fig. 2 – a general view of a low sideboard, Fig. 3 – a general view of a display cabinet, Fig. 4 – a general view of a bar, Fig. 5 – a general view of a fireplace bookcase, Fig. 6 – a general view of a fireplace surround with insert, Fig. 7 – a general view of a glass chest of drawers, Fig. 8 – a general view of a full chest of drawers, Fig. 9 – a general view of a TV cabinet. Essential features of the industrial design: The furniture set is characterized by its original two-tone color, namely, it is made in natural oak and coffee. All pieces of furniture included in the set feature characteristic wide top, bottom, and side walls. Another distinctive feature of the set are the horizontal handles in the shape of narrow cuboids. Another unique feature is the distinctive doors of the closed shelves, which consist of three parts: a full transparent glass section, and a full section, with the clear glass section surrounded by an aluminum frame whose width matches the thickness of the full sections. The tall sideboard is a cuboid whose front surface consists of double doors, with the width of one door being less than the width of the other. The doors are composed of three parts: a full section, a transparent glass section, and a full section, with the clear glass section surrounded by an aluminum frame whose width matches the thickness of the full sections. The transparent glass section of the door is at the top. Below the glass section, the doors have handles. Inside the sideboard are shelves, with the glazed shelf being lit. The glazed part of the shelf is lit. Below the glass panel, the door has a handle. Beneath the door is a pull-out drawer with a vertical handle. Above the drawers is a recess with lighting, and above it is a crossbar. A bar is a cuboid with right and left shelves on each side, each closed by a full door. The doors at the top have horizontal handles. In the center of the bar are three wide drawers, each with horizontal handles at the top. A bookcase is a cuboid standing on two wide legs. Inside the legs are shelves divided vertically into three sections. A cuboid is a shelf divided horizontally into three sections, with the side sections being the same and wider than the center section. The side sections and the center section are divided vertically into three equal sections. A fireplace has a cuboid-shaped enclosure. The fireplace surround has a recess at the bottom center, housing the fireplace hearth. Above the recess is a drawer, and below the recess is a horizontal screen. On the sides of the fireplace are lockable solid doors and shelves. PL 21635 3 The glass chest of drawers is a cuboid with shelves on its sides, each with a door consisting of three sections: solid, transparent glass, and solid. The transparent glass section is surrounded by an aluminum frame whose width matches the thickness of the solid sections. The glass section of the shelves is illuminated. In the center, the glass chest of drawers has four drawers with horizontal handles. The drawer at the top is the lowest, the drawer at the bottom the highest, and the drawers in the middle are the same. The width of the drawers is smaller than the width of the side doors.
