Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac tylnozsypowej naczepy samowyladowczej samochodu ciezarowego dotyczaca jej budowy, ksztaltu i posadowienia poszczególnych elementów skladowych oraz nadajaca jej widocznych walorów estetycznych, i przeznaczona jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny tylnozsypowej naczepy samowyladowczej z boku od tylu, a fig. 2 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny tylnozsypowej naczepy samowyladowczej z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Sciany boczne oraz podloga posiada wzmocnienia opasajace sciany w postaci zewnetrznych ksztaltowników tylko i wylacznie w tylniej czesci konstrukcji skrzyni naczepy, tj. w obszarze sworznia wywrotu oraz tylnej sciany skrzyni naczepy. 2. Pozostala czesc powierzchni scian bocznych oraz podlogi pozbawiona jest jakichkolwiek elementów wzmacniajacych/usztywniajacych w postaci zewnetrznych ksztaltowników i ma postac struktury powloki membranowej. 3. Powloka membranowa scian bocznych oraz podlogi naczepy ma postac powierzchni posiadajacej serie wzdluznych przegiec nadajacych jej wymagane parametry wytrzymalosciowe i stanowi widoczne walory estetyczne naczepy. 4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a rear-tipping semi-trailer for a truck, concerning its structure, shape, and the positioning of individual components, giving it visible aesthetic values, and is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the rear-tipping semi-trailer from the side, from the rear, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the rear-tipping semi-trailer from the side. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The side walls and floor have girders reinforced with external profiles only in the rear part of the semi-trailer body structure, i.e., in the area of the tipping pin and the rear wall of the semi-trailer body. 2. The remaining surface of the side walls and floor is devoid of any reinforcing/stiffening elements in the form of external profiles and has the form of a membrane coating. 3. The membrane coating of the side walls and floor of the semi-trailer has the form of a surface with a series of longitudinal bends, giving it the required strength parameters and constituting the visible aesthetic value of the semi-trailer. 4.
