Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac aranzacji przekaski wykonanego z farszu miesnego lub z wyrobu piekarniczego w dwóch odmianach, przejawiajacej sie w ksztalcie grzybka, który nadaje aranzacji przekaski swoisty i oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach na zalaczonej fotografii, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane aranzacji przekaski w widoku od przodu, a Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane aranzacji przekaski w widoku od przodu. 1. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonej fotografii Fig. 2 druga postac aranzacji przekaski charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt grzybka z gruba walcowo- beczkowa podstawa zakonczona kolistym kapeluszem w formie pólkolistej czaszy, a calosc obsypana jest ziarnami sezamu, na którym umieszczono ogórek i pomidorek za pomoca drewnianego patyczka, przy czym dolna czesc aranzacji przekaski jest umieszczona w papierowej gufrowanej podstawce. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an arrangement of a snack made of meat filling or a bakery product in two varieties, manifested in the shape of a mushroom, which gives the arrangement of the snack a specific and original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two varieties in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variety of the arrangement of the snack in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the second variety of the arrangement of the snack in a front view. 1. In accordance with the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached photograph Fig. 1, the first form of the snack arrangement is characterized in that it has the shape of a mushroom with a thick cylindrical-barrel base topped with a circular cap in the form of a semicircular bowl, and the whole is sprinkled with sesame or sunflower seeds, on which a cucumber and a tomato have been placed using a wooden stick. 2.
