Zewnetrzna lukowata plaszczyzne walca tworza równolegle ulozone wzgledem siebie i polaczone ze soba pierscienie. Pierscienie o pod- stawie okregu sa dodatkowo przekrecone wzgledem podstawy. Podstawa górna oraz dolna czesci wal- cowej jest pochylona do srodka wafla. Wszystkie przejscia pomiedzy pierscieniami oraz polaczenie z podstawa jest wygladzone i zaokraglone. Wzór przemyslowy posiada 1 odmiane. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wafel charakteryzuje sie tym, ze podstawa ma ksztalt prostokata, natomiast górna czesc stanowi ½ walca przecietego wzdluznie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the wafer shape, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes, giving the wafer an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the wafer in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the wafer from the front, Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the wafer from the top, Fig. 4 shows a photograph of the wafer from the side. According to the industrial design, the wafer is characterized by a rectangular base, while the upper part is a half cylinder cut lengthwise. The outer, arcuate surface of the cylinder is formed by rings arranged parallel to each other and connected to each other. The rings with a circular base are additionally twisted relative to their bases. The upper and lower bases of the cylindrical parts are inclined towards the center of the wafer. All transitions between the rings and the connection with the base are smoothed and rounded. The industrial design has one variation. The essential features of the industrial design are characterized by a rectangular base, while the upper part is half a cylinder cut lengthwise.
