Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik do uzytku domowego, biurowego, wystawienniczego lub tym podobnego. Stolik zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach „Fig." 1A, 1B i 1C oraz rysunkach „Fig." 2A, 2B i 2C. Zarówno blat stolika, jak i jego podstawa, skladajaca sie z czterech boków, zostaly wpisane w kwadrat, nadajac mu geometryczny ksztalt jako jedno z zalozen projektowych. Cecha odrózniajaca go od znanych i dostepnych na rynku stolików jest jego charakterystyczny ksztalt sprawiajacy zludzenie optyczne polegajace na wrazeniu zmniejszajacej sie podstawy ku dolowi („Fig." 1C polozenie po lewej stronie i Fig. 2C) oraz uzycie kontrastowych kolorystycznie materialów w zestawieniu kompozytowym podkreslajacych geometrie i dynamike ksztaltu (Fig. 1A). Do wykonania stolika uzyto plyty PCV kompozytowej skladajacej sie z wierzchnich warstw utwardzanego PCV w kolorze bialym oraz spienionego czarnego rdzenia. Blat i podstawa stolika zo- staly wykonane z jednego arkusza materialu poprzez nafrezowanie w grubosci materialu frezem „v" ksztaltnym, zagiecie na goraco wzdluz linii frezowania i sklejenie od strony wewnetrznej miejsc giecia w celu wzmocnienia materialu. Giecia te wystepuja na dwóch przeciwleglych bokach blatu oraz dwóch przeciwleglych polaczeniach podstawy w linii pionowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego odmienne uksztaltowanie przestrzenne oparte na geometrii kostki szesciennej (Fig. 2B) z ukosnymi liniami ciecia podstawy stolika nadajacymi mu cha- rakter dynamiczny, a takze sprawiajacymi zludzenia optyczne co do jego faktycznego uksztaltowania. The table is shown in the attached photographs "Fig." 1A, 1B and 1C and drawings "Fig." 2A, 2B and 2C. Both the table top and its base, consisting of four sides, are inscribed in a square, giving it a geometric shape as one of the design assumptions. The feature that distinguishes it from known and commercially available tables is its characteristic shape, creating an optical illusion consisting in the impression of the base decreasing towards the bottom ("Fig." 1C position on the left side and Fig. 2C) and the use of contrasting color materials in a composite combination emphasizing the geometry and dynamics of the shape (Fig. 1A). The table was made from a composite PVC board consisting of top layers of hardened white PVC and a foamed black core. The table top and base were made from a single sheet of material by milling through the thickness of the material with a "V" shaped cutter, hot bending along the milling lines, and gluing the bends on the inside to strengthen the material. These bends occur on two opposite sides of the table top and two opposite vertical joints of the base. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is its different spatial shape based on the geometry of a cubic cube (Fig. 2B) with diagonal cutting lines of the table base giving it a dynamic character and also creating optical illusions as to its actual shape.
