Description

Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nawozu organicznego (kompost) uzyskany z kompostowania odpadów organicznych z dodatkiem gnojowicy, pozbawiony uciążliwości zapachowej. The subject of the invention is a method of producing organic fertilizer (compost) obtained from the composting of organic waste with the addition of liquid manure, free from odor nuisance.

Znane są również sposoby usuwania uciążliwości zapachowej z wytworzonych nawozów poprzez dodawanie ałunu (KAl(SO4)2 · 12 H2O) (US5622697, US5865143, WO2006060645), gipsu CaSO4 i dwutlenku węgla CO2 (P. 299320/ WO9306063A1 ), dolomitu (PL206903), siarczanu z fosfogipsem (P. 284932).There are organic fertilizers obtained by composting (humification and mineralization) of organic industrial and farm wastes such as straw, sawdust, wood chips, vegetable waste from agricultural production, slurry, manure and others. A typical organic fertilizer (compost) obtained from green waste with the addition of slurry or manure, has many advantages, but it has the disadvantage of odor nuisance, which intensifies when watering the plot (or after rain) as well as due to sunlight. There are also known methods of removing odor nuisance from produced fertilizers by adding alum (KAl (SO 4 ) 2 12 H 2 O) (US5622697, US5865143, WO2006060645), CaSO4 gypsum and CO2 carbon dioxide (P. 299320 / WO9306063A1), dolomite ( PL206903), sulphate with phosphogypsum (P. 284932).

The method of producing an organic fertilizer according to the invention is characterized by the fact that sodium bicarbonate is added to the traditional organic fertilizer obtained from the composting of organic waste with the addition of slurry or manure in the amount of 110 to 140 mg per liter of compost, which acts as an odor absorber and additionally also affects to protect plants against fungal diseases, does not attract insects and de-acidifies the soil.

The advantage of the invention is that a high-class organic fertilizer has been obtained that meets the quality requirements with a wide range of application possibilities, including near residential buildings and in closed rooms, and compared to other fertilizers without odor nuisance, it is additionally characterized by the ability to deacidify the soil (change the pH to slightly alkaline) and eliminating the excessive activity of insects within the application of fertilizer, which is very important when used on balconies or flower beds, and protects plants against fungal diseases. The invention, thanks to the abovementioned advantages, can be used both in field crops and under covers, as well as in closed rooms (flowers in pots).

The subject of the invention is described by way of example. Composting takes place in two stages. In the first stage, a mixture of 20% sawdust, 20% straw, 20% green waste and 40% slurry is composted in compost boxes for a period of 4 weeks in the temperature range from 40-70 ° C. The compost silo is secured along its entire length with a fleece, the temperature is controlled by a system of thermometers placed at points on the back of the silo. The compost mixture, depending on the needs, is aerated by a system of aeration fans throughout the entire period of intensive composting. If the moisture content of the mixture drops, it is possible to water it. The entire composting process is controlled by a station equipped with a computer and a set of sensors. After 4 weeks, the compost mixture is fully hygienised and the silo is emptied for the next composting stage. In the second stage, which is the phase of transformation and maturation, after the first stage of composting, the compost mixture is transported to the maturing area, where the final composting process takes place. The temperatures in the compost heap are kept in the range of 30-40 ° C. The maturation process takes 2 to 3 months. In the maturing phase, the compost heap can be aerated with a self-propelled turner. After the composting process is completed, the obtained compost is subjected to the polishing process on a drum screen and a specialized polishing machine. In the final production process, NaHCO3 sodium bicarbonate is added in an amount of 110 to 140 mg per liter of compost, followed by mixing, portioning and packaging.
