Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania nawozu organicznego polega na tym, że prowadzi się kompostowanie odpadów organicznych z dodatkiem gnojowicy dwu etapowo, w pierwszym etapie przez okres 4 tygodni, w temperaturze 40-70°C, a w drugim przez okres 2-3 miesięcy w temperaturze 30-40°C. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że po przeprowadzeniu procesu kompostowania otrzymany kompost poddaje się procesowi doczyszczania na przesiewaczu bębnowym i specjalistycznej maszynie doczyszczającej, a następnie dodaje się wodorowęglan sodu NaHCO3 w ilości 110 do 140 mg na litr kompostu, po czym miesza, porcjuje i paczkuje.The method of producing organic fertilizer consists in composting organic waste with the addition of liquid manure in two stages, in the first stage for a period of 4 weeks, at a temperature of 40-70 ° C, and in the second for a period of 2-3 months at a temperature of 30-40 ° C. The method is characterized by the fact that after the composting process, the compost obtained is subjected to a cleaning process on a drum screen and a specialized cleaning machine, and then sodium bicarbonate NaHCO3 is added in an amount of 110 to 140 mg per liter of compost, after which it is mixed, portioned and packaged.
