Stanislaw Hempel i im. Fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku zboku i fig. 2 — urzadzenie do sprasowywania i rozdrabniania materjalu otrzymanego. Zapomoca sita 16 i podnosnika mial zostaje przeniesiony zpo- wrotem do koryta slimakowego 3 i powra¬ ca do procesu ziarnowania. Ziarno o okre¬ slonej wielkosci, stanowiace wlasciwy pro¬ dukt ziarnowania, spada do leju 17, z któ¬ rego przechodzi do opakowania. PLSome chemical products are more preferably used in the form of hard, fine grains rather than in the form of a powder. Artificial fertilizers, for example, can be spread evenly over the soil by hand or with a seeder as grained material. Particularly suitable for graining are materials which, in addition to non-melting constituents, contain materials that melt at elevated temperatures. Usually these mixtures are obtained in three separate fabrication stages, namely: by first crystallizing the hot melt component in a crystallizer, adding it to the non-melting component and mixing it in special apparatuses, and then only by subjecting the mixture to graining in one way or another. The method of graining the materials containing components which melt at elevated temperature and non-meltable components allows to simplify the graining process described above and to carry it out continuously. The method is based on the fact that, after the melt has reached the consistency of a liquid mass by crystallization in a continuous motion, the component is added, while continuously stirring, to the melt component *). The patent owner stated that the inventors are: dr. Stanislaw Hempel and them. Stefan Zabicki in Moscice is pressed into plates, which then crumble. The figure shows a schematic representation of a device suitable for carrying out the above-mentioned method. Fig. 1 shows the device in a view of the slope, and Fig. 2 - a device for pressing and grinding the material obtained. The hot melt component flows through the conduit 1 into the tank 2, heated by the steam plasma, from which it is introduced evenly into the trough of the screw 3, heated steam or cooled. The quantity of the hot melt component fed is normalized so as to obtain a constant, specific content in the mixture. The second component is introduced into the screw trough 3 from the reservoir 4 by the dosing apparatus 5, which is constantly set to the same feed. In order to obtain a mixture of a specific composition, it is only necessary to normalize the flow of the molten hot melt component. The molten component begins to crystallize in the trough with a snail and gives a semi-liquid mass. The infusible component, as a solid body, measured by means of the apparatus 5, falls onto the sieve 6, shaken mechanically, whereupon it falls into the screw trough 3 in the sprayed state and mixes thoroughly with the semi-liquid crystalline mass of the hot melt component, giving a plastic mass. The snail moves the hot mass to the end of the trough, from which it falls through the opening 9 onto the rotating base roller 7, on which it is evenly distributed by means of a roller 10 connected to a drive mechanism. The base roller 7 rotates and feeds the mass to be equalized to the ironing cylinder 8, which presses the mass to a hard plate. The pressed plate is cut from the base roller 7 by means of a knife 11. Then the plate falls between the crushing rollers 12, by which it is crushed into grain and in this form enters the sieve 13, where larger pieces remain, which through the funnel 15 and the jack return to the crushing rollers. The shifted material enters the second screen 14, on which the fines are sifted out. By means of the sieve 16 and the elevator, the crumb is carried back to the screw trough 3 and returns to the graining process. Grain of a certain size, which is the actual product of graining, drops into hopper 17, from which it passes into the package. PL
