PL 23113 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna butelka, zwlaszcza z tworzywa sztucznego, uzywana w szczególnosci do kolorowych napojów. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa bryla butelki poprzez uksztaltowanie powierzchni zewnetrz- nych i kolorystyke etykiet, równiez w zestawieniu kolorystycznym z kolorem tla pod etykieta na srod- kowej czesci butelki. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w pelni na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new shape of the bottle through the shape of the external surfaces and the colors of the labels, also in the color combination with the background color under the label in the middle part of the bottle. The manifestations of industrial design creativity, which define the essence of the subject design, are fully visible in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and illustrate, together with the description of the design, the features that are important in the scope of the requested legal protection. The bottle is shown in the drawing figures, which show variations of the design: Fig. 1 shows the basic shape of the bottle, Fig. 2 – the shape of the bottom of the bottle, Fig. 3 – the bottle from Fig. 1 with the inscription "i4SPORT" protruding above the surface of the lower rim, Fig. 4 – the bottle from Fig. 3 with wavy notches in the middle part, Fig. 5 – the bottle from Fig. 3 with circumferential notches in the middle part, Fig. 6 – a view of the bottle with a cork and a cap and a blue label, Fig. 7 – a view of the bottle with a cork and a cap and a purple label, Fig. 8 – a view of the bottle with a cork and a cap and a yellow-orange label, Fig. 9 – a view of the color combination of the blue label with a blue background, Fig. 10 – a view of the color combination of the purple label with a purple background. background, and Fig. 11 – view of the colour combination of the yellow-orange label with the yellow-orange background. As shown in the figures, the designs have a specific appearance and shape given by the essential features listed below: – an essential feature common to all variants of the design is the shape of the bottle: the neck 2 is set on the dome 1 in the shape of a half-sphere passing into the circumferential recess 3 shaped as a torus arc, on which surface there are projections 3a, and the recess 3 passes into the rim 9 with a diameter comparable to the diameter of the lower rim 4 passing in an arc to the bottom 6 with radial notches 5, wherein between the rim and the lower rim there is a central part 7 with a smaller diameter than the diameter of the rims 4, 9, on which the label A, B is placed, or C, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 11. Furthermore, the individual variants additionally differ from each other in that: Variation I of the design - there is a bottle with a smooth central part 7, on which a label is placed, as shown in Fig. 1; Variation II of the design – is a bottle with a smooth central part 7, on which a label is placed, and on the lower rim there are bulges of material showing the inscription 4a "i4SPORT", as shown in Fig. 3; Variation III of the design – is a bottle with a repeated shape according to the variation of the design II, and the central part has wavy notches 8 between the rim 9 and the lower rim 4, as shown in Fig. 4; Variation IV of the design – is a bottle with a repeated shape according to the variation of the design II, and the central part 7 has circumferential notches 8a, as shown in Fig. 5; Variation V of the design – is a bottle with a repeated shape, and on the central part 7 there is a label A in blue with the dominant inscription "i4SPORT", preferably on a white background, provided with a transparent cap 10 with a dark spout 11, as shown in Fig. 6; Variation VI of the design - there is a bottle of a repeated shape, wherein the central part 7 is fitted with a label B in purple with the dominant inscription "i4SPORT", preferably on a white background, provided with a transparent cap 10 with a dark spout 11, as shown in Fig. 7; Variation VII of the design - there is a bottle of a repeated shape, wherein the central part 7 is fitted with a label C in yellow-orange with the dominant inscription "i4SPORT", preferably on a white background, provided with a transparent cap 10 with a dark spout 11, as shown in Fig. 8; Variation VIII of the design – is a bottle of a repeated shape, showing the colour combination of the label A in blue, with the dominant inscription "i4SPORT" applied to the central part 7, with a blue background colour, preferably the colour of the liquid inside the bottle, provided with a transparent cap 10 with a dark mouthpiece 11, as shown in Fig. 9; Variation IX of the design – is a bottle of a repeated shape, showing the colour combination of the label B in purple, with the dominant inscription "i4SPORT" applied to the central part 7, with a purple background colour, preferably the colour of the liquid inside the bottle, provided with a transparent cap 10 with a dark mouthpiece 11, as shown in Fig. 10; Variation X of the design – is a bottle with a repeated shape, showing the colour combination of the label C in purple, with the dominant inscription "i4SPORT" applied to the central part 7, with a purple background colour, preferably the colour of the liquid inside the bottle, provided with a transparent cap 10 with a dark mouthpiece 11, as shown in Fig. 11. The individual variations of the design differ in appearance and additional elements that give it a specific, original and previously unseen appearance. Essential features of the design 1. A bottle, especially made of plastic, characterised in that it has a neck 2 mounted on a dome 1 in the shape of a half-sphere passing into a circumferential recess 3 shaped like a torus arc, on which surface there are projections 3a, and the recess 3 passes into a rim 9 with a diameter comparable to the diameter of the lower rim 4 extending in an arc into the bottom 6 with radial notches 5, wherein between the rim and the lower rim there is a central part 7 with a smaller diameter than the diameter of the rims 4, 9, as shown in Figs. 1 to 11. 2.
