Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów, ksztaltów i ornamentacji, nadajacych mu oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Uchwyt sklada sie z dwóch profili 1, polaczonych ze soba plaskownikiem 2 oraz z ramki 3, do której zamocowana jest para haków 4. Profile 1 i ramka 3 polaczone sa ze soba przegubowymi ra- mionami 5, przy czym do ramki 3 ramiona 5 przykrecone sa za posrednictwem prostokatnego plasko- wnika 6. W profilach 1, ramce 3 i hakach 4 wykonane sa otwory montazowe. Profile 1, mocowane do sciany wykonane sa z katowników. Haki 4, sluzace do montazu telewizora, wykonane sa z profili ce- owych. Scianki profili 1 oraz pólki ceowników haków 4 sa sciete na koncach. Zakonczenia profili ele- mentów uchwytu sa zaokraglone. Plaskownik 2 ma ksztalt prostokata o lukowatych wcieciach. W pla- skowniku 2 wykonana jest ornamentacja w postaci wycietej strzalki. Uchwyt scienny do mocowania telewizora, przedstawiony na rysunkach wyróznia sie nastepu- jacymi istotnymi cechami: – profile, mocowane do sciany wykonane sa z katowników; – haki wykonane sa z profili ceowych; – scianki profili oraz pólki ceowników haków sa sciete na koncach; – zakonczenia profili elementów uchwytu sa zaokraglone; – plaskownik laczacy profile ma ksztalt prostokata o lukowatych wcieciach; – w plaskowniku laczacym profile wykonana jest ornamentacja w postaci wycietej strzalki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the mount manifested in the features of contour lines, shapes, and ornamentation, giving it an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a perspective view in schematic drawing Fig. 1 and photograph Fig. 2. The mount consists of two profiles 1, connected by a flat bar 2, and a frame 3, to which a pair of hooks 4 are attached. Profiles 1 and frame 3 are connected by articulated arms 5, with arms 5 screwed to frame 3 via a rectangular flat bar 6. Mounting holes are provided in profiles 1, frame 3, and hooks 4. Profiles 1, attached to the wall, are made of angle brackets. Hooks 4, used for mounting the television, are made of channel profiles. The walls of profiles 1 and the channel shelves of hooks 4 are cut at the ends. The ends of the profiles of the mount elements are rounded. Flat bar 2 has a rectangular shape with arcuate indentations. Flat bar 2 is ornamented with a cut-out arrow. The wall bracket for mounting a television, shown in the drawings, has the following important features: – the profiles attached to the wall are made of angle brackets; – the hooks are made of channel profiles; – the profile walls and the channel shelves of the hooks are cut at the ends; – the ends of the profiles of the mount elements are rounded; – the flat bar connecting the profiles has a rectangular shape with arc-shaped indentations; – the flat bar connecting the profiles features an ornamentation in the form of a cut-out arrow.
