PL 23165 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na substancje chemiczna. Opakowanie bedace przedmiotem wzoru sklada sie z dwóch elementów: ? opanowania zewnetrznego, wykonanego z grubego papieru (kartonu, tektury lub podob- nego materialu) w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, ? opakowania wewnetrznego, w postaci plastikowego pojemnika na odczynnik typu Falcon (okragla probówka o koncu zwezajacym sie kierunku dolu, zakonczona na górze plasti- kowym zamknieciem), w którym elementem szczególnym jest prostokatna etykieta. Opakowanie wewnetrzne chowane jest w srodku opakowania zewnetrznego. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest unikalne wzornictwo graficzne wspólne dla obu elementów, na które skladaja sie nastepujace elementy: 1. Oznaczenie slowne SEL300-3336 w kolorze bialym znajdujace sie w srodkowej czesci opakowania zewnetrznego oraz etykiety opakowana wewnetrznego. 2. Kolorystyka: na wszystkich scianach bocznych opakowania zewnetrznego oraz na ety- kiecie opakowania wewnetrznego na ok. 30% górnej powierzchni oraz górna podstawe zajmuje kolor bialy, ok. 70% dolnej powierzchni oraz cala dolna podstawe zajmuje kolor niebieski (nr 631 C wg wzornika Pantone) – zgodnie z Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. 3. Miejsce zetkniecia kolorów bialego i niebieskiego ma postac falista, sinusoidalna – zgodnie z Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. 4. Znak towarowy Selvita umieszczony na bialym tle, w górnej czesci opakowania ze- wnetrznego oraz etykiety opakowania wewnetrznego – zgodnie z Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. 5. Strukturalny wzór chemiczny substancji chemicznej SEL300-3336, zobrazowany na Fig. 6 w kolorze bialym na niebieskim tle znajdujacy sie w dolnej czesci opakowania zewnetrznego oraz w tylnej czesci etykiety opakowania wewnetrznego wraz z opisem slownym substancji: (2R)-1-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-cyano-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl]- -N-(4-sulfamoylphenyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxamide. The packaging being the subject of the design consists of two elements: − an outer packaging, made of thick paper (cardboard, paperboard, or similar material) in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, − an inner packaging, in the form of a plastic Falcon-type reagent container (a round test tube with an end tapering towards the bottom, terminated at the top with a plastic closure), the special element of which is a rectangular label. The inner packaging is hidden inside the outer packaging. The illustrations attached to this description show: Fig. 1. shows the inner packaging from the front in a closed state, Fig. 2. shows the outer packaging in an unfolded state, Fig. 3. shows the inner packaging from the back in an open state, Fig. 4. shows the inner packaging from the front in a closed state, Fig. 5. shows the outer packaging from the front in an folded state, Fig. 6. shows the chemical formula appearing on the inner and outer packaging. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique graphic design common to both elements, which consists of the following elements: 1. The word mark SEL300-3336 in white located in the central part of the outer packaging and the inner packaging label. 2. Colors: on all side walls of the outer packaging and on the label of the inner packaging, approximately 30% of the upper surface and the upper base are covered by white, approximately 70% of the lower surface and the entire lower base are covered by blue (No. 631 C according to the Pantone color chart) - in accordance with Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 3. The place where the white and blue colors meet has a wavy, sinusoidal shape - in accordance with Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 4. The Selvita trademark placed on a white background, in the upper part of the outer packaging and the label of the inner packaging - in accordance with Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 5. The structural chemical formula of the chemical substance SEL300-3336, shown in Fig. 6 in white on a blue background, located in the lower part of the outer packaging and in the back part inner packaging label with the text description of the substance: (2R)-1-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-cyano-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl]- -N-(4-sulfamoylphenyl)pyrrolidine-2-carboxamide.
