The Polish patent specification PL 201 148 B1 describes a method of producing, by self-developing synthesis, a silicon carbide SiC powder, homogeneous in terms of physical properties, with free carbon particles occluded inside silicon carbide particles and boron dissolved therein. Z kolei kształtki z usieciowanym polimerem krzemoorganicznym poddaje się wygrzewaniu w atmosferze gazu inertnego w zakresie temperatur od 500 do 1700°C z szybkością ogrzewania od 0,5 do 30°C/min, po czym poddaje się je wygrzewaniu w wybranej temperaturze końcowej przez okres od 0,5 do 10 godzin, a uzyskany produkt chłodzi się wraz z piecem do temperatury otoczenia albo przemieszcza się do kolejnych stref o coraz niższych temperaturach, otrzymując mezoporowaty hierarchiczny kompozyt typu SiC/{C/SiC}, w którym cząstki wyjściowego kompozytu C/SiC otoczone są warstewką wtórnego węglika krzemu SiC.The method of obtaining a porous SiC / {C / SiC} type composite, according to the invention, consists in the fact that the C / SiC composite, containing SiC nanopowder silicon carbide and free carbon C, is mixed with an organosilicon polymer with an average molecular weight of from 800 to 10,000, in the presence of an organic solvent, the carbon content of the C / SiC composite is up to 50% by weight, and the amount of organosilicon polymer in the mixture with the C / SiC composite is 5-80% by weight. After homogenization, the organic solvent is partially evaporated from the mixture, and the mass obtained is formed into shaped shapes by pressing. Then, the formed moldings are dried and then conditioned in an atmosphere of air or oxygen at a temperature of 50 ° C to 300 ° C for 10 minutes to 10 hours. In turn, the moldings with cross-linked organosilicon polymer are heated in an inert gas atmosphere in the temperature range from 500 to 1700 ° C with a heating rate of 0.5 to 30 ° C / min, and then subjected to annealing at the selected final temperature for a period of from 0.5 to 10 hours, and the obtained product is cooled together with the furnace to ambient temperature or moved to successive zones with lower and lower temperatures, obtaining a mesoporous hierarchical SiC / {C / SiC} composite, in which the particles of the initial C / SiC composite they are surrounded by a layer of secondary silicon carbide SiC.

Otrzymano proszek kompozytowy C/SiC dwustopniową metodą aerozolową ujawnioną w artykule C. Czosnek, J.F. Janik, Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, vol. 8, rok 2008, str. 907-913. W metodzie tej stosowano, zawierający w swej strukturze tlen, prekursor krzemoorganiczny w postaci czystego heksametylodisiloksanu. W pierwszym etapie syntezy wytworzoną w ultradźwiękowym generatorze mgłę prekursora przetransportowano w strumieniu argonu do ogrzanego do temperatury 1200°C ceramicznego reaktora rurowego, w którym przeprowadzono termiczny rozkład prekursora, uzyskując surowy proszek. W drugim etapie proszek ten poddawano pirolizie w temperaturze 1650°C w atmosferze argonu, przez okres 1 godziny, co spowodowało dokończenie przemian termochemicznych i wytworzenie proszku kompozytowego C/SiC, zawierającego 12,5% wagowych wolnego węgla C i 87,5% węPL 231 704 B1 glika krzemu SiC. Do 5 gramów tego proszku dodano 0,88 grama, czyli 15% wagowych polikarbometylosilanu o średniej masie cząsteczkowej około 2000 i całość wymieszano w obecności 20 ml toluenu. Uzyskaną zhomogenizowną ciemno-szarą masę poddano podsuszaniu w urządzeniu wyposażonym w układ do odzyskiwania toluenu. The C / SiC composite powder was obtained by a two-step aerosol method as disclosed in the article by C. Czosnek, J.F. Janik, Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, vol. 8, 2008, pp. 907-913. This method uses the oxygen-containing organosilicon precursor in the form of pure hexamethyldisiloxane. In the first stage of the synthesis, the precursor fog generated in the ultrasonic generator was transported in an argon stream to a ceramic tubular reactor heated to 1200 ° C, where the thermal decomposition of the precursor was carried out, obtaining a raw powder. In the second stage, this powder was subjected to pyrolysis at a temperature of 1650 ° C in an argon atmosphere for a period of 1 hour, which resulted in the completion of thermochemical changes and the production of C / SiC composite powder, containing 12.5% by weight of free carbon C and 87.5% of carbon dioxide. 704 B1 silicon carbide SiC. To 5 grams of this powder, 0.88 grams or 15% by weight of polycarbomethylsilane with an average molecular weight of about 2000 was added and mixed in the presence of 20 ml of toluene. The obtained homogenized dark-gray mass was subjected to drying in a device equipped with a toluene recovery system. The almost dried mass was pressed into moldings, which were dried at 150 ° C and then conditioned in air at 220 ° C for 30 minutes. In the next stage, the fittings were heated at a rate of 5 ° C / min to a temperature of 1300 ° C, and then heated at this temperature for 3 hours in an argon atmosphere, and then cooled together with the furnace, obtaining a mesoporous hierarchical SiC / {C / SiC type composite. }.
