PL 23546 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa, przeznaczona do podpierania mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac nogi przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wystepuje w nastepujacych odmianach: Odmiana 1 Noga meblowa z wydluzona prostokatna platforma – fig. 1 Odmiana 2 Noga meblowa z pólokragla platforma – fig. 1 Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 – uwidocz- niono noge meblowa w odmianie 1 z w widoku aksonometrycznym, na fig. 2 – noge meblowa w dru- giej odmianie w widoku ogólnym. Noga meblowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt wielosciennej bryly z zaokraglonymi plaszczyznami bryly utworzonej na planie rozchylonej odwróconej litery „L". Nogi moga wystepowac w róznych wysokosciach oraz moga byc wykonane poprzez polaczenie kombinacji róznych materialów innych niz drewno i metal, na przyklad z tworzywa sztucznego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Noga meblowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest bryla, która ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt wielosciennej bryly z zaokraglonymi plaszczyznami utworzonej na planie rozchylonej odwróconej litery „L", ma platforme z otworami przechodzaca lagodnym we- wnetrznym lukiem w kolumnowa stope, która jest wychylona na zewnatrz w stosunku do prostopadlej do podloza osi tworzac bryle na bazie kata lekko rozwartego, a frontowa powierzchnia stopy jest zaokraglona, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 do fig. 2. 2. Noga w pierwszej odmianie ma wydluzona prostokatna platforme z równolegle ulozonymi otworami skupionymi we frontowej jednolitej czesci platformy, laczacej sie lagodnym lukiem ze stopa o prostokatnym przekroju, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1. 3. Noga w trzeciej odmianie ma wydluzona platforme z otworami w dwóch równoleglych rzedach na calej dlugosci, pólokragla od frontu, prostokatna z tylu, laczaca sie lagodnym lukiem ze stopa o przekroju podobnym jak platforma, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the leg, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is available in the following varieties: Variation 1 Furniture leg with an elongated rectangular platform – fig. 1 Variation 2 Furniture leg with a semi-circular platform – fig. 1 The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in variant 1 in an axonometric view, and fig. 2 shows the furniture leg in the second variant in a general view. A furniture leg is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from the side, it generally has the shape of a polyhedral solid with rounded surfaces of a solid formed on the plan of a splayed, inverted "L". Legs can be of different heights and can be made by combining a combination of different materials other than wood and metal, for example plastic. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The furniture leg is characterized in that it is a solid which, in a side view, has essentially the shape of a polyhedral solid with rounded planes formed on the plan of a splayed inverted letter "L", has a platform with holes passing by a gentle internal arc into a columnar foot which is tilted outwards in relation to the axis perpendicular to the ground, creating a solid based on a slightly obtuse angle, and the front surface of the foot is rounded, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 1 to fig. 2. 2. The leg in the first variant has an elongated rectangular platform with parallel arranged holes concentrated in the front uniform part of the platform, connecting by a gentle arc with the foot of rectangular cross-section, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 1. 3. The leg in the third variant This version has an elongated platform with holes in two parallel rows along its entire length, semicircular at the front, rectangular at the back, connecting with a gentle arch to a foot with a cross-section similar to the platform, as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 2.
