Description
Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
The subject of the invention is a sandwich insulation board intended for use in construction as thermal and acoustic insulation.
Stosowane dotychczas w budownictwie płyty izolacyjne charakteryzują się zwykle albo wysokim poziomem termicznej izolacyjności albo wysokim poziomem ognioodporności. Wobec powyższego problemem technicznym jaki został postawiony do rozwiązania według wynalazku jest opracowanie takiej konstrukcji warstwowej płyty izolacyjnej, którą cechować będzie izolacyjność termiczna zbliżona do poziomu osiąganego przez izolacyjne materiały w formie pianki przy jednoczesnej ognioodporności zbliżonej do poziomu osiąganego przez mineralne materiały włókniste. The insulation boards used so far in construction are usually characterized by either a high level of thermal insulation or a high level of fire resistance. In view of the above, the technical problem that has been raised for the solution according to the invention is to develop such a structure of a layered insulation board, which will be characterized by thermal insulation similar to the level achieved by insulating materials in the form of foam, while at the same time fireproofing similar to the level achieved by mineral fiber materials.
It is known from the patent description PL204538 a curtain wall of a building, especially a residential building, which has an insulation board between the building wall and the external layer, characterized in that the insulation board has openings perpendicular to the wall of the wall, which account for up to 21% of the insulation board surface, and the distance between these openings is preferably uniform and larger than the cross section of the openings. The insulation board has through holes with a diameter of 3 (mm). On the outside of the building, the insulation board is covered with a vapor-permeable layer in which a glass fiber mesh is embedded that supports the external plaster.
Otwory mają wielkość korzystnie wynoszącą ponad 3 [mm].In turn, patent description PL206193 describes a curtain wall of a building, especially a residential building, which has an insulation board between the building wall and the outer layer, characterized by the fact that the insulation board has openings inclined at an angle to the wall of the wall, which constitute up to 6% of the surface of the insulation board. , forming an advantageously a regular structure that allows a water resistance factor of about 20. The openings are preferably larger than 3 [mm].
Furthermore, from WO2004054799, a vapor-permeable heat-reflecting membrane is known which has a heat-reflecting layer, such as aluminum foil, applied to the surface of a water-vapor-permeable substrate, such as non-wool fibers. The foil has numerous small gaps and cracks in its surface.
In turn, from the patent description PL192673, a heat-insulating board is known, especially made of foamed plastic, and having any shape, preferably cuboid, and having two front surfaces, preferably flat, and at least one, preferably four, side surfaces, preferably flat, characterized by that at least the plate faces are connected to each other by through holes.
On the other hand, from the patent description PL170894, a cladding of a building wall is known, which includes prefabricated plate shapes with thermal insulation properties, the thermal insulation core of a single shape being mainly a layer of brittle foamed material. A second layer of polyurethane foam having a passing through the air gaps, whose thermal conductivity is 0.010 W / mK to 0.030 W / mK and a density of from 25 kg / m 3 to 100 kg / m 3. The third layer is a glass veil, 0.3-2.00 mm thick, directly adjacent to the first layer, with windproof properties. In addition, the second layer on the surface not adjacent to the first layer is covered with an insulating material that holds air in the air gaps, constituting a layer of mineral wool. Preferably, the insulation material covering the second layer on the surface not adjacent to the first layer is mineral wool with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.030 W / mK to 0.038 W / mK and a self-weight load of 0.2 kN / m 3 to 0.8 kN / m 3 . The use of mineral wool in the place where the sandwich panel adjoins the insulated surface corrects the unevenness and curvature of this surface. The mineral wool layer limits air movement in the openings in the second layer of the board. The air gaps of the second layer are preferably hexagonal in shape, which further stabilizes the structure of the plate. Cutouts and protrusions are provided on the outer edges of the sandwich panel, allowing a shaped lock to be formed between two or more boards.
Wynalazek rozwiązuje postawione przed nim zagadnienie techniczne. The invention solves the technical problem put before it. The main advantage of the invention is the possibility of removing the water vapor accumulated in the wall to the outside. The use of the insulating sandwich panel according to the invention, in particular by closing the static air in the air gaps in the second layer, provides insulation in terms of heat saving and noise suppression with simultaneous discharge of the steam condensation.
