Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza nagrobkowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii, które nadaja oslonie znicza nagrobkowego oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek oslony znicza nagrobkowego w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie oslony znicza nagrobkowego w widoku z boku. Oslona znicza nagrobkowego przedstawiona na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma korpus w ksztalcie bryly obrotowej, która w srodkowej czesci ma ksztalt stozka scietego zwezajacego sie ku dolowi, a w górnej czesci zweza sie promieniowo w ksztalcie kuli do pierscienia walcowego, który rozszerza sie promieniowo w ksztalcie stozka scietego polaczonego z szyjka walcowa. Na szyjce walcowej znajduja sie dwa równolegle pierscienie pólkuliste o róznej wysokosci. W dolnej czesci korpusu znajduje sie pierscien walcowy, który promieniowo rozszerza sie w pierscien stozkowy polaczony z podstawa walcowa. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni czesci srodkowej korpusu znicza znajduja sie nadlewy w ksztalcie ostroslupów o podstawie kwadratowej otoczone czterema zaglebieniami o jednakowej dlugosci, które usytuowane sa prostopadle do boków podstawy kwadratowej ostroslupów. Najnizej usytuowane nadlewy maja po dwa zaglebienia skierowane ukosnie do góry. Nadlewy w ksztalcie ostroslupów wraz z zaglebieniami ulozone sa w regularna siatke na calej powierzchni czesci srodkowej korpusu znicza. Oslona znicza wykonana jest ze szkla bezbarwnego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a cover for a grave candle, manifested in the shape of its external surface and the arrangement of lines that give the cover for a grave candle an original appearance. The industrial design has been presented in a drawing and a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of a cover for a grave candle in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of a cover for a grave candle in a side view. The cover of the grave candle shown in the illustration material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a body in the shape of a solid of revolution, which in the middle part has the shape of a truncated cone narrowing downwards, and in the upper part narrows radially in the shape of a sphere to a cylindrical ring, which expands radially in the shape of a truncated cone connected to a cylindrical neck. On the cylindrical neck there are two parallel hemispherical rings of different heights. In the lower part of the body there is a cylindrical ring, which expands radially into a conical ring connected to a cylindrical base. On the outer surface of the central part of the body of the candle there are pyramid-shaped risers with a square base surrounded by four recesses of equal length, which are situated perpendicularly to the sides of the square base of the pyramids. The lowest risers have two recesses directed diagonally upwards. The pyramid-shaped risers together with the recesses are arranged in a regular grid on the entire surface of the central part of the body of the candle. The cover of the candle is made of colourless glass. The essential features of the industrial design presented in the drawing fig. 1 and the photograph fig. 2 are that: the cover of the grave candle made of colourless glass in the central part has the shape of a truncated cone narrowing towards the bottom, and in the upper part it narrows radially in the shape of a ball to a cylindrical ring, which expands radially in the shape of a truncated cone connected to a cylindrical neck, ? on the external surface of the central part of the body there are pyramid-shaped risers with a square base surrounded by four recesses of equal length, which are situated perpendicularly to the sides of the square base, ? the pyramid-shaped risers together with the recesses are arranged in a regular grid on the entire surface of the central part of the body of the candle.
