PL 23718 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka przeznaczona do eksponowania naturalnych i sztucznych kwiatów i roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 – przedstawiono doniczke w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma w górnej czesci korpus o ksztalcie stozka scietego roz- szerzajacego sie ku wyoblonej lukowo jego podstawie, której zakonczenie jest umieszczone powyzej dna wewnetrznej czesci korpusu, przy czym wewnetrzna czesc korpusu doniczki stanowi polaczony w górnej czesci z korpusem zwezajacy sie ku dolowi stozek sciety, który w najwezszym miejscu ma okragle dno na obwodzie którego sa pólkuliste nózki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot from the front, Fig. 2 shows the flowerpot from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the flowerpot from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a truncated cone-shaped upper body that widens towards its arched base, the tip of which is located above the bottom of the inner part of the body. The inner part of the flowerpot body is a truncated cone connected to the upper body, tapering towards the bottom. The cone has a rounded bottom at its narrowest point, with hemispherical legs around its circumference. Essential features of the industrial design: The flowerpot has a truncated cone-shaped upper body that widens towards its arched base, the tip of which is located above the bottom of the inner part of the body. The inner part of the flowerpot is a truncated cone connected to the body in the upper part, narrowing towards the bottom, which in the narrowest place has a round bottom with hemispherical legs on the circumference, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
