Znane sa ze wzoru przemyslowego nr 3699 oslonki na wyroby wedliniarskie majace ksztalt elip- sowatego wianuszka, gdzie oba konce oslonki napelnionej farszem laczone sa ze soba i zamykane jednym klipsem, co daje elekt elipsy. Znane sa ze wzoru przemyslowego nr 7141 oslonki w zakresie srednie od 25 do 60 mm, gdzie konce oslonki zamykane sa klipsami, przy czym kazdy koniec osob- nym klipsem. Oba konce oslonki sa zamkniete, kazdy indywidualnym klipsem, przy czym pod klipsami zaciskany jest jednoczesnie ozdobny sznureczek do laczenia obu konców, gdzie dlugosc sznureczka bedaca odlegloscia konców oslonki jest mniejsza niz 1,5 srednicy oslonki, co powoduje, ze oslonka na wyrób wedliniarski bedaca przedmiotem zgloszenia przyjmuje ksztalt niedomknietej elipsy. Jako fig. 2. przedstawiono oslonke wedlug wzoru z pelnym nadrukiem. Zachowanie pelnego nadruku na oslonce o srednicy max 23 mm w materiale zgloszeniowym jest na tyle istotne, ze jest to pierwsza w Polsce oslonka w przemysle przetwórstwa miesnego o tak niewielkiej srednicy poddana zageszczonemu nadrukowi. Szata graficzna oslonki zawiera emblemat DUDA umieszczony w czer- wonej elipsie z listkiem (R-275679) oraz nazwe rodzajowa produktu zapisana wzdluz oslonki w dwu linijkach, pismem odrecznym, kolor liter zólty w czarnej otoczce „pasztetowa drobiowa z dodatkiem wieprzowiny". Pozostale elementy nadrukowane na oslonce sa elementami nie podlegajacymi reje- stracji. The essence of the industrial design is a new casing for cold cuts, manifesting itself primarily in its shape, and also in the arrangement and color of individual decorative and informational elements, aimed at attractively offering individual cold cuts for sale. Known from industrial design no. 3699 are casings for cold cuts in the shape of an elliptical wreath, where both ends of the casing filled with stuffing are joined together and closed with a single clip, creating an elliptical shape. Industrial design no. 7141 describes casings ranging in diameter from 25 to 60 mm, where the ends of the casing are closed with clips, each end with a separate clip. The ends of the casing are connected with a piece of decorative string, the string being at least 50% longer than the casing diameter, which causes the meat product in the known casing to take on the shape of an elongated, tapering letter "U." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached material, where Figure 1 shows a casing with a maximum diameter of 23 mm and a length of 300 mm, with a constant product weight of 150 g. Both ends of the casing are closed, each with an individual clip, and a decorative string is simultaneously clamped under the clips to connect the two ends. The string length, being the distance between the ends of the casing, is less than 1.5 times the casing diameter, which causes the sausage casing subject of the application to take on the shape of an open ellipse. Figure 2 shows the casing according to the design with a full print. Maintaining the full print on the casing with a maximum diameter of 23 mm in the application material is so important that it is the first casing of such a small diameter in the meat processing industry in Poland to be subjected to dense print. The casing's graphic design includes the DUDA emblem placed in a red ellipse with a leaf (R-275679) and the generic name of the product written along the casing in two lines, handwritten in yellow letters with a black border: "poultry pâté with added pork." The remaining elements printed on the casing are not subject to registration. Essential features of the industrial design: A casing for a cold cut product according to the design is a soft, transparent plastic tube with a full print on the entire surface, where the diameter of the casing is 23 mm and the length is 300 mm, with a constant weight of the product at the level of 150 g, wherein the ends of the casing are each closed with an individual clip and a decorative string is simultaneously clamped under the clips to connect both ends of the casing, wherein the length of the string, being the distance between the ends of the casing, is less than 1.5 times the diameter of the casing, which causes the casing to take the shape of an unclosed ellipse. The graphic design consists of the DUDA emblem placed in a red ellipse with a leaf (R-275679) and the generic name of the product written along the casing in two lines, in handwriting, yellow letters in a black border "poultry pâté with pork".
