Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
Te związki według wynalazku wykazują działanie fungicydowe i herbicydowe. The subject of the invention are new compounds from the group of quaternary ammonium salts containing a terpenoid group bound to the nitrogen atom. The terpenoid portion can be derived from cyclic or acyclic monoterpenes and linear diterpenes. These compounds according to the invention show fungicidal and herbicidal activity.
Znana jest z literatury patentowej aktywność pestycydowa czwartorzędowych soli amoniowych. W opisie patentowym TW433981 przedstawiono aktywność mikrobicydową soli amoniowych hamujących wzrost bakterii, grzybów i wirusów. The pesticidal activity of quaternary ammonium salts is known from the patent literature. The patent description TW433981 describes the microbicidal activity of ammonium salts inhibiting the growth of bacteria, fungi and viruses. The ammonium salt disclosed in this specification is defined by the formula [NRiR 2 R 3 R 4] + Y-, wherein R 1 is an alkyl group of 6 to 18 carbon atoms or a benzyl group; R 2 is chosen from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom and an alkenyl group or an arylalkyl having 8 to 18 carbon atoms, R 3 independently represents an alkyl group having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, and R 4 represents an alkyl residue about 8 to 18 carbon atoms, or the general formula R5CONH (CH 2) n -, wherein R5 is an alkyl radical having 2 to 22 carbon atoms, n is 2 or 3, and Y is an anion containing 1 to 3 halide halogen.
Właściwości fungicydowe czwartorzędowych soli amoniowych są znane z japońskich opisów patentowych JP2003306698, JPS62281805 i JPH0341002. W opisach patentowych CN105646328, CN105566148 i JPS604112 ujawniono właściwości herbicydowe czwartorzędowych soli amoniowych. The fungicidal properties of quaternary ammonium salts are known from Japanese patents JP2003306698, JPS62281805 and JPH0341002. The patents CN105646328, CN105566148 and JPS604112 disclose the herbicidal properties of quaternary ammonium salts.
Patenty chiński CN103848843 i francuski FR2906243 opisują aktywność bakteriobójczą terpenoidów, a patent rosyjski RU2014138260 i amerykański US6010978 donoszą o aktywności herbicydowej tych związków. Międzynarodowe zgłoszenie patentowe W09507807 natomiast dokumentuje rolę składników terpenowych w kompozycjach zabezpieczających drewno przed niszczącymi je patogenami. On the other hand, patent reports such as TN2013000301 and US6849276 show the pesticidal activity of terpenoids. From patent applications CN102888350, US5849956, RU2010130104 and European application EP0517569 the fungicidal activity of compositions containing terpenes is known. Chinese patents CN103848843 and French FR2906243 describe the bactericidal activity of terpenoids, and the Russian patent RU2014138260 and US6010978 report the herbicidal activity of these compounds. International patent application W09507807, on the other hand, documents the role of terpene components in compositions protecting wood against pathogens that destroy it.
Quaternary ammonium salts and terpenoids can, and more than once, are used together in the form of a mixture containing both active ingredients. However, these two different chemical entities are not easily formulated due to their different physicochemical properties. The problem of flax was solved by introducing a terpene function into the backbone of quaternary ammonium salts.

Papaver rhoeas, Apera spicaventi, Galinsoga parviflora, Chenopodium album, Plantago lanceolata, Brassica nigra, Amaranthus retroflexus, Stelaria media.Preferably the compounds of formula I are used to control weeds of the monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous class, most preferably: Galium aparine. Polygonum nodosum. Papaver rhoeas, Apera spicaventi, Galinsoga parviflora, Chenopodium album, Plantago lanceolata, Brassica nigra, Amaranthus retroflexus, Stelaria media.
Nowe związki według wynalazku grupują w jednej cząsteczce dwa układy toksoforów - czwartorzędowych soli amoniowych i terpenów, stanowią zatem alternatywę wobec częstego stosowania mieszanin dwu lub więcej substancji aktywnych. The new compounds according to the invention group in one molecule two systems of toxophores - quaternary ammonium salts and terpenes, and therefore represent an alternative to the frequent use of mixtures of two or more active substances. Single chemical compounds can be formulated more easily than a mixture of compounds each containing a single toxophore.
Związki według wynalazku otrzymywano w wyniku alkilowania dimetyloalkiloamin pochodnymi fluorowcowymi monoterpenów i diterpenów, Te ostatnie otrzymywano w reakcji Appel’a fluorowcowania handlowych monoterpenów i diterpenów zawierających grupę hydroksylową.The compounds according to the invention were obtained by alkylation of dimethylalkylamines with halogen derivatives of monoterpenes and diterpenes. The latter were obtained by the Appel reaction of halogenating commercial monoterpenes and diterpenes containing a hydroxyl group.
Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiono na poniższych przykładach. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the following examples.

Aspergillus terreus LOCK 0451.
Metodyka: Podstawowym celem badania było określenie stopnia hamowania wzrostu grzybów testowych pod wpływem działania badanych związków. Badanie zostało wykonane na płytkach Petriego metodą rozcieńczeń w podłożu agarowym.Methodology: The main aim of the study was to determine the degree of inhibition of the growth of test fungi under the influence of the tested compounds. The study was performed in petri dishes by dilution in agar medium.
Acetone-water solutions (3: 2, v / v) with initial concentrations of 1, 0.50 and 0.25% were used for the tests, which were diluted 10-fold in Sabouraud's agar and then poured onto Petri dishes. After evaporation of acetone under aseptic conditions, mycelial discs (0 5 mm), cut out with a plug from a homogeneous mushroom culture, were placed on the surface of the solidified agar medium, with the mycelium in the substrate. The controls were plates in which acetone and water (3: 2, v / v) were added to Sabouraud's medium, and after evaporation of acetone, they were inoculated with mycelial discs. The test was performed in triplicate. The inoculated plates were incubated at 28 ° C for 3-5 days. The evaluation of the fungicidal activity of the compounds was made by measuring the diameter of the grown mycelium and compared with the control values. From the measurement results, the efficacy S g (in%) of the tested compound was calculated using the Abbot formula, the measure of which is the% inhibition of mycelial growth.

Jako bioindykatory użyto 10 gatunków pospolitych chwastów klimatu umiarkowanego z klasy jedno- i dwuliściennych: Galium aparine, Polygonum nodosum, Papaver rhoeas, Apera spicaventi, Galinsoga parviflora, Chenopodium album, Plantago lanceolata, Brassica nigra, Amaranthus retroflexus, Stelaria media. Dawka 2 kg/ha, objętość cieczy roboczej - 500 l/ha. Temperatura podczas wegetacji: 15-25°C.The study of the potential herbicidal activity was performed in pot experiments under greenhouse conditions in the pre-emergence post-emergence (foliar) test. Ten species of common weeds from the monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous class were used as bioindicators: Galium aparine, Polygonum nodosum, Papaver rhoeas, Apera spicaventi, Galinsoga parviflora, Chenopodium album, Plantago lanceolata, Brassica nigra, Amarantelhusaria retroflexus. Post-emergence application was made to approximately 2 weeks old plant seedlings in the 2-leaf phase. The evaluation of the activity of the compounds was carried out separately for each plant species: in the post-emergence test - 2 weeks after the treatment, noting the degree of damage to the plants as a percentage compared to the untreated control. Dose 2 kg / ha, volume of the working liquid - 500 l / ha. Temperature during vegetation: 15-25 ° C.
