Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza nagrobnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek oslony znicza w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie oslony znicza w widoku z boku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a cover for a grave candle, manifested in the shape of its external surface and the arrangement of lines, having an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the cover for a grave candle in a side view, and Fig. 2 shows photographs of the cover for a grave candle in a side view. The cover for a grave candle shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is characterized by the fact that it has a base in the shape of a cylinder, which expands conically towards the top to a section of the cylindrical surface and then narrows radially to a section of the surface of an inverted truncated cone with a small angle of inclination of the cone side surface. The height of the truncated cone is the central part of the torch cover and is approximately half the height of the torch cover. The surface of the truncated cone narrows radially to a cylindrical groove, which then widens radially to a section of the cylindrical surface terminated by a section of the truncated cone connected to a cylindrical neck on which there are two parallel semi-spherical rings of different heights. At the front and at the back of the central part of the torch cover there are radially bent grooves with sharply pointed ends, which are connected in pairs and positioned symmetrically in relation to the vertical axis of the cover so that one pair of grooves is connected in a shape similar to a large letter V, and the other pair located below has the shape of an inverted large letter V. In the middle of the large letters V there are vertically positioned longitudinal grooves. On the sides of the grooves connected in the shape of large letters V there are symmetrically arranged two pairs of arc-shaped bent grooves with sharply pointed ends and different lengths. On the circumference of the cylindrical surface in the upper part of the torch cover there are oval depressions arranged regularly around the spherical convexity in the pattern of an unfolded flower bud. On the circumference of the cylindrical surface in the lower part of the candle cover there are recesses in the shape similar to a horizontally positioned capital letter X. The candle cover is made of colourless glass. The essential features of the industrial design shown in drawing fig. 1 and photograph fig. 2 are that: ? the candle cover has a base in the shape of a cylinder, which widens conically towards the top to a section of the cylindrical surface and then narrows radially to a section of the surface of an inverted truncated cone with a small angle of inclination of the side surface of the cone, ? the height of the truncated cone constitutes the central part of the candle cover and is approximately half the height of the candle cover, the surface of the truncated cone narrows radially into a cylindrical groove, which widens radially above into a section of the cylindrical surface terminated by a section of the truncated cone connected to the cylindrical neck, ? at the front and back of the central part of the flame cover there are radially bent grooves with sharp tips, which are connected in pairs and situated symmetrically in relation to the vertical axis of the cover so that one pair of grooves is connected in a shape similar to a capital letter V, and the other pair situated below has the shape of an inverted capital letter V, with vertically situated longitudinal grooves in the middle of the capital letters V, on the sides of the grooves connected in the shape of large letters V there are symmetrically arranged two pairs of arched grooves with sharp ends and different lengths, ? on the circumference of the cylindrical surface in the upper part of the torch cover there are oval recesses arranged regularly around the spherical convexity in the pattern of a flower bud, ? on the circumference of the cylindrical surface in the lower part of the torch cover there are recesses in the shape similar to a horizontally positioned large letter X.
