PL 23553 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do chleba przeznaczone do umieszczania w nim róznych gatunków chleba w wersji chlebów deskowych i chlebów foremkowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie slowno-graficznym na nadruku folii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje opakowanie w stanie rozlozonym, fig. 2 – opakowanie w stanie zlozonym. Opakowanie do chleba wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac worka foliowego z nadrukami tworzacymi etykiete. Opakowanie w stanie rozlozonym ma postac wydluzonego prostokata, skladajacego sie z zawartych w nim trzech prostokatów, z których dwa wieksze stykaja sie z mniejszym prostokatem znajdujacym sie w czesci srodkowej. Jeden z wiekszych prostokatów stanowi czesc przednia opakowania, a drugi z wiekszych prostokatów stanowi czesc tylna opakowania, natomiast mniejszy srodkowy prostokat stanowi dno opakowania. W górnej czesci prostokata stanowiacego czesc przednia opakowania znajduja sie okragle otwory, a ponizej sa elementy nadruku utworzone z poziomo polozonego prostokata, w polu którego znajduja sie napisy „Dobre z natury", przechodzacego w wezszy pionowy prostokat na tle którego widnieje okragla ramka zawierajaca napis o naturalnych skladnikach oraz kompozycja slowno- -graficzna przedstawiajaca krajobraz z drzewami i wiatrakiem oraz stylizowany, pochyly napis Nasza piekarnia „Familijna" jest jak rodzina. Opakowanie w stanie rozlozonym ma postac wydluzonego prostokata, skladajacego sie z zawartych w nim trzech prostokatów, z których dwa wieksze stykaja sie z mniejszym prostokatem znajdujacym sie w czesci srodkowej. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the packaging, manifested in its original shape and the word-graphic arrangement on the foil print. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging in its unfolded state, and Fig. 2 – the packaging in its folded state. The bread packaging, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a foil bag with printed labels. In its unfolded state, the packaging has the form of an elongated rectangle, consisting of three rectangles, the two larger of which adjoin a smaller rectangle in the center. One of the larger rectangles forms the front of the package, the other larger rectangle forms the back, while the smaller, middle rectangle forms the bottom of the package. The upper part of the front rectangle contains circular holes, and below it are print elements made up of a horizontal rectangle containing the inscription "Good from Nature," which then transitions into a narrower, vertical rectangle, against the background of which is a circular frame containing the inscription about natural ingredients, a word-and-graphic composition depicting a landscape with trees and a windmill, and a stylized, cursive inscription: "Our bakery, "Familijna," is like a family. With heart and passion, we have been baking bread for you for 25 years, according to our own recipes, in the village of Kuźnica Czeszycka, located in the Barycz Valley region. The label contains gray and white boxes marked "A", "B", "C", and "D". The second, larger rectangle, which forms the back of the package, contains a horizontal rectangle with the inscription "Dobre z natury" (Good from Nature) inside. The package, when folded, has a front view that resembles a rectangle with a print on the front in the form of a wide rectangular strip running lengthwise. After inserting the bread, the package is closed with a clip. The part of the package above the clip is shaped like a cone that widens upwards with a wavy surface. This part bears the inscription "Dobre z natury" (Good from Nature). Essential features of the industrial design: 1. When unfolded, the packaging has the form of an elongated rectangle, consisting of three rectangles within it, the two larger rectangles of which are in contact with a smaller rectangle in the middle. One of the larger rectangles constitutes the front of the packaging, the other larger rectangle constitutes the rear of the packaging, while the smaller central rectangle constitutes the bottom of the packaging. 2. In the upper part of the rectangle constituting the front of the packaging there are round holes, and below there are print elements made up of a horizontal rectangle, in the field of which there are the inscriptions "Good from nature", transforming into a narrower vertical rectangle, against the background of which there is a round frame containing the inscription about natural ingredients and a word-graphic composition depicting a landscape with trees and a windmill, and a stylized, italic inscription Our bakery "Familijna" is like a family. When folded, the packaging, when viewed from the front, has a shape similar to a rectangle with an imprint on the front in the form of a wide rectangular strip running along the length of the packaging. In the upper part, the packaging narrows and turns into a shape similar to a cone widening upwards with a wavy surface, on which there are the inscriptions "Dobre z natury".
