PL 23714 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopka meblowa wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia mebli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, na- dana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny stopki meblowej w pozycji montowanej do mebla, fig. 2 – widok perspekty- wiczny stopki meblowej w pozycji odwróconej o 180° przedstawiony od strony przeciwnej w stosunku do fig. 1 i fig. 3 – widok stopki meblowej od góry. Stopka jest jednolita bryla posiadajaca pionowy slupek i dwa górne poziome ramiona ustawione prostopadle w stosunku do slupka i jednoczesnie prostopadle wzgledem siebie, po stronie zewnetrz- nej posiada prostokatne zebra wzmacniajace laczace slupek z poziomymi ramionami. Slupek ma ksztalt kwadratowej rurki, a poziome ramiona ksztalt korytka wyposazonego w srodkowej czesci w podluzne pionowe zebro z gniazdami pod otwory montazowe. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze stopka jest jednolita bryla posiadajaca pio- nowy slupek i dwa górne poziome ramiona ustawione prostopadle w stosunku do slupka i jednocze- snie prostopadle wzgledem siebie, po stronie zewnetrznej posiada prostokatne zebra wzmacniajace laczace slupek z poziomymi ramionami. Slupek ma ksztalt kwadratowej rurki, a poziome ramiona ksztalt korytka wyposazonego w srodkowej czesci w podluzne pionowe zebro z gniazdami pod otwory montazowe, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the lines and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the furniture foot as it is mounted to the furniture, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the furniture foot rotated 180°, presented from the side opposite Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 shows a top view of the furniture foot. The foot is a uniform solid with a vertical post and two upper horizontal arms positioned perpendicular to the post and simultaneously perpendicular to each other. On the outside, it has rectangular reinforcing ribs connecting the post to the horizontal arms. The post is shaped like a square tube, and the horizontal arms are shaped like a channel equipped in the middle with a longitudinal vertical rib with slots for mounting holes.
