PL 26317 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopka meblowa narozna wytlaczana z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia mebli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the lines and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrative material in the form of a photograph and a drawing. Fig. 1 presents a perspective photograph of the corner furniture foot in the vertical position in which it is mounted to the furniture, Fig. 2 – a side view of the furniture foot, and Fig. 3 – a top view of the furniture foot. The foot is a uniform solid with a distinct vertical post and two horizontal arms. The post points downward relative to the horizontal arms and tilts outward from the vertical. It has a cuboid shape that tapers downward. Its lower and middle sections have a vertical groove-shaped recess on the inside. The two horizontal arms and the top of the post are equipped with sockets for mounting screws that secure the foot to the furniture. Essential features of an industrial design: the foot is a uniform solid, with a distinct vertical post and two horizontal arms. The post is directed downwards in relation to the horizontal arms and tilted outwards from the vertical, it has the shape of a cuboid tapering downwards, in the lower and middle part of its length it has a vertical recess in the shape of a groove on the inside, while the two horizontal arms and the upper side of the post are provided with sockets for mounting screws that fasten the foot to the furniture, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
