The essence of the industrial design is a new, original graphic, color, word, and lettering arrangement on the front and side walls of the box. The industrial design in three variations is shown in the attached collective illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows an unfolded rectangular cardboard box from above, constituting a face cream package; Fig. 2 shows an unfolded rectangular cardboard box from above, constituting a night mask package; Fig. 3 shows an unfolded rectangular cardboard box from above, constituting a serum package. The packaging of cosmetic products according to the industrial design in all its varieties has the shape of a rectangular box in a uniform white color, the elongated horizontal front wall of which, when viewed from the front, has at the top center a stylized inscription with a unique form and graphic composition, consisting of capital letters that can be read as the word PAUSE. The letter "A" does not have a horizontal line, while the default letter "E" consists of three horizontal lines, the middle one of which is clearly shorter. The letters "P ? U S" are black, while the horizontal lines imitating the letter "E" are pastel pink. Below the inscription, which can be read as the word PAUSE, there are inscriptions in English containing product information printed in gray, black, and pastel pink letters. The rear front wall of the box, viewed vertically, features product information in several languages, printed in a small, gray font and a pastel pink font. Below the product information text, you'll find detailed manufacturer information and the capacity of the product inside the box. The left side wall of the box features the product's barcode in black, while the right side wall features three horizontal lines, with the shorter middle one symbolically imitating the letter "E." The lines are pastel pink. The side walls of the box act as its closure. Essential features of the industrial design: The cosmetic product packaging, in the shape of a rectangular, white cardboard box in all its varieties, features a horizontal inscription on the front, extended, wider wall at the top, constituting a visual composition, written in large, stylized letters with a unique graphic form, which can be read as the word PAUSE. In its three varieties, the packaging according to the industrial design has the following essential features: In the first variety, the packaging according to the industrial design shown in the attached illustration material as Fig. 1 has, at the top of the front wall in the front view of the horizontally arranged white box, a horizontal inscription constituting a plastic composition, written in large, stylized letters with a specific graphic form, which can be read as the word PAUSE, where the letter "A" is formed by two slanted lines connected at the top, without a horizontal one, while the final letter of this default word is formed by three horizontal lines, the middle one of which is slightly shorter. The initial letters "P ? U S" are written in black, while the horizontal lines imitating the letter "E" are pastel pink. Beneath the word PAUSE, written in large gray block letters, is the inscription "ONLY YOU," followed by a vertical gray line, and to the right of it are the words "FACE CREAM" in pastel pink. The first letters of the words "ONLY YOU" and "FACE CREAM" are slightly larger than the others. Immediately behind the vertical gray line, beneath the words "FACE CREAM," is the inscription "Zaffiro Effect" in black letters.
