Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, proporcji oraz ich zestawien, konturów, ksztaltów, uklad, grubosc oraz miekkosc i organicznosc linii. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, proportions and their combinations, contours, shapes, arrangement, thickness, and the softness and organicity of lines. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 – a perspective view of a pendant Fig. 2 – a perspective view of an earring Fig. 3 – a perspective view of a ring Fig. 4 – a perspective view of a ring Jewelry possesses the essential features of an industrial design, where: – the jewelry element in the form of a pendant has a round stone surrounded by a setting that creates a decorative line. The entire element takes the shape of a musical note, with a pendant as shown in Fig. 1. – The jewelry element in the form of an earring has a round stone surrounded by a setting that creates a decorative line. The entire jewelry element takes the shape of a musical note, which is elongated in the upper part and contains an ear pendant in the rear, as shown in Fig. 2. – The jewelry element in the form of a ring has a round stone surrounded by a setting that creates a decorative line. The entire element is mounted on a round holder that can be worn on the finger, as shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 4.
