Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac kompletu bizuterii - pierscionka i kolczyków - przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota i brylantów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig.1-2, gdzie na Fig.1 - widok pierscionka, na Fig.1a - widok oprawy pierscionka, na Fig.1b - widok pierscionka z boku, na Fig.2 - widok kolczyków, na Fig.2a - widok kolczyków z góry, na Fig.2b - widok kolczyków z tylu i z boku. Pierscionek wg wzoru posiadajacy biala szeroka i gruba lekko zaokraglona obraczke na ok. 1/3 obwodu wysadzana trzema rzedami kamieni. Srodkowy rzad nieco dluzszy przez co uzyskano lukowate zakonczenie oprawy. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) Kolczyki wg wzoru zbudowane jak pierscionek. Tuz za karejkami wyciecie na sztyft. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b) Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: posiadajacy indywidualny charakter komplet bizuterii - pierscionek i kolczyki - charakterystycznie skomponowany, gdzie poszczególne elementy maja biala, szeroka i gruba lekko zaokraglona obraczke na ok. 1/3 obwodu wysadzana trzema rzedami kamieni. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the jewelry set—ring and earrings—revealed in its original design and execution. The design can be made, for example, of white gold and diamonds. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the ring, Fig. 1a shows the ring setting, Fig. 1b shows a side view of the ring, Fig. 2 shows a view of the earrings, Fig. 2a shows a top view of the earrings, and Fig. 2b shows views of the earrings from the back and side. The ring, as designed, features a wide, thick, slightly rounded band around approximately 1/3 of its circumference, set with three rows of stones. The middle row is slightly longer, resulting in an arched finish. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) The earrings are constructed like a ring, following the pattern. A notch for a stud is cut out just behind the hooks. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b) Significant features of the industrial design: a unique jewelry set – a ring and earrings – characteristically composed, where the individual elements have a white, wide, and thick, slightly rounded band around approximately 1/3 of the circumference, set with three rows of stones.
