Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni poszczególnych mebli kompletu mebli wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytko- wymi, a takze ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania mebli do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych oraz przechowywania w skrzyni meblowej poscieli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Komplet mebli jest rodzajem mebli tapicerowanych majacych zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla pokrycia tkanina meblowa. W komplecie mebli fotel stanowi jednostke modulowa dla kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej, tworzac odmiany kompletu mebli. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Fotel stanowiacy pierwsza odmiane kompletu mebli zawiera prostopadloscienne boczne, szerokie oparcie z katowa tylna górna powierzchnia o wzniosie do górnej krawedzi fotela. Boczne oparcie w czesci górnej ma ksztalt trapezu, którego przednie ramie o duzym kacie nachylenia, z duzym lukiem przechodzi do lukowej górnej podstawy, zas w czesci dolnej o mniejszym luku laczy sie z pozioma plaszczyzna bocznego oparcia. Na zewnetrznej bocznej powierzchni uksztaltowane sa koliste wystepy – guziki, z których wyprowadzone sa wszycia z wglebieniami formujacymi zarys równolegloboku z górnym pionowym wszy- ciem. Zarysy równolegloboków lacza sie ze soba, tworzac na calej bocznej powierzchni lancuch równolegloboków. Miedzy bocznymi oparciami znajduje sie poducha siedziska oparta na cokole. Tyl fotela stanowi katowe tylne oparcie z poducha tylnego oparcia zawierajaca w czesci srodkowej wglebienie, w którym uksztaltowane sa koliste wystepy – guziki z wyprowadzonymi z nich wszyciami z wglebieniami formujacymi zarysy równole- globoków polaczonych ze soba tworzac na szerokosci fotela lancuch równolegloboków. Fotel oparty jest na stozkowych nózkach osadzonych w narozach fotela. 2. Druga odmiana kompletu mebli jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. Powierzchnia cokolu ma jednolita budowe, powierzchnie siedziska i tylnego oparcia maja budowe dwu/trzysegmentowa ze szczelinowymi przeszyciami stanowiacymi przerwe miedzy seg- mentami. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color scheme of the surfaces of the individual pieces of furniture, distinguished by high aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding the furniture for specific functions and storing bedding in the furniture box. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, and Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the two-/three-seater sofa. The furniture set is a type of upholstered furniture with an outer surface covered in the color and texture characteristic of upholstery fabric. In the furniture set, the armchair serves as a modular unit for the two- or three-seater sofa, creating variations of the furniture set. Essential features of industrial design 1. The armchair, constituting the first variation of the furniture set, features a wide, rectangular side backrest with an angled rear upper surface rising to the top edge of the armchair. The upper section of the side backrest is trapezoidal, with a front arm with a large inclination and a large arc extending to the arced upper base, while the lower section, with a smaller arc, connects to the horizontal plane of the side backrest. The outer side surface features circular protrusions – buttons – from which stems the stitching with recesses forming the outline of a parallelogram with an upper vertical stitching. The parallelogram outlines interlock, creating a chain of parallelograms along the entire side surface. Between the side backrests is a seat cushion resting on a plinth. The back of the armchair features an angled backrest with a central recess containing circular protrusions—buttons with stitching extending from them—with recesses forming the outlines of parallelograms connected to each other, creating a chain of parallelograms across the width of the armchair. The armchair rests on conical legs embedded in the corners of the armchair. 2. The second type of furniture set is a two- or three-seater sofa, which has a seat and backrest width approximately twice or triple the width of the armchair. The plinth surface is uniform, while the seat and backrest surfaces have a two- or three-segment structure with slotted stitching creating a gap between the segments.
