Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni po- szczególnych mebli, wyrózniajacych sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergono- micznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia, czy lezenia, jak równiez skladania i rozkladania mebli do okreslonych funkcji uzytkowych oraz przechowywania w skrzyni meblowej poscieli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Zestaw stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest rodzajem mebli majacych zewnetrzna powierzchnie pokrycia o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla pokrycia tkanina meblowa. W zestawie mebli fotel jest jednostka modulowa dla kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej, tworzac odmiany zestawu mebli. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Fotel stanowiacy pierwsza odmiane zestawu stylowych mebli zawiera prostopadloscienne boczne, szerokie oparcie z katowa tylna górna powierzchnia o wznosie do górnej krawedzi fotela. Boczne oparcie w czesci górnej ma ksztalt trapezu, którego przednie ramie o duzym kacie nachylenia, z duzym lukiem przechodzi do lukowej górnej podstawy, zas w czesci dol- nej o mniejszym luku laczy sie z pozioma plaszczyzna bocznego oparcia, które stanowi czesc bocznej powierzchni siedziska kolnierzowo od czola obejmuje przednie powierzchnie bocz- nych oparc osadzonych na cokole, wystajac w niewielkim zakresie za powierzchnie cokolu. Tylna krawedz siedziska laczy sie z tylnym oparciem katowo odchylonym do tylu z lukowa górna powierzchnia i bocznymi krawedziami stykajacymi sie z trapezowymi powierzchniami bocznych oparc. Powierzchnia tylnego oparcia przeszyta jest poziomymi wglebieniami w cze- sci srodkowej, tworzac dwie lukowe powierzchnie. Pod dolna powierzchnia cokolu widoczna jest obudowa mechanizmów napedowych. W narozach podstawy fotela znajduja sie stoz- kowe stopki osadzone pod katem o barwie hebanowej. 2. Druga odmiana zestawu stylowych mebli tapicerowanych jest kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa, która ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej/potrójnej szerokosci fotela. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and colour scheme of the surfaces of individual pieces of furniture, distinguished by high aesthetic, utility and ergonomic values related to the comfort of sitting or lying down, as well as folding and unfolding the furniture for specific utility functions and storing bedding in the furniture chest. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the two-/three-seater sofa. A set of stylish upholstered furniture is a type of furniture with an external surface covered in a colour and texture characteristic of upholstery fabric. In the furniture set, the armchair is a modular unit for a two-/three-seater sofa, creating variations of the furniture set. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The armchair, which is the first variation of the set of stylish furniture, contains a cuboid side, wide backrest with an angular rear upper surface rising to the upper edge of the armchair. The side backrest in the upper part has the shape of a trapezium, the front arm of which with a large angle of inclination, with a large arc passes to the arc upper base, while in the lower part with a smaller arc it connects with the horizontal plane of the side backrest, which is part of the side surface of the seat in a collar-like manner from the front embraces the front surfaces of the side backrests mounted on the plinth, protruding to a small extent beyond the surface of the plinth. The rear edge of the seat connects with the rear backrest angularly tilted backwards with an arc upper surface and side edges in contact with the trapezoidal surfaces of the side backrests. The surface of the backrest is sewn with horizontal recesses in the middle, creating two arc-shaped surfaces. The housing of the drive mechanisms is visible under the lower surface of the plinth. In the corners of the armchair base there are conical feet set at an angle in ebony color. 2. The second variety of the set of stylish upholstered furniture is a two/three-seater sofa, which has a seat and backrest with a width close to double/triple the width of the armchair.
