According to the application, the subject of the industrial design is a packaging in the form of a cardboard box secured with foil. The box is intended for packaging fresh apples, the foil preventing the contents from spilling out. It is used for transport and storage. The essence of the industrial design is the original graphic form and color scheme, manifested in characteristic plastic effects achieved by combining the shape, graphic form, and color composition of the design. Characteristic Features of the Industrial Design: According to the industrial design, the box is created from a single sheet of rigid cardboard through cuts and folds, joined into a geometric shape by a single permanent joint, usually using glue. When folded, the package takes the shape of a rectangular box. The entire package is secured with foil. The box is presented in two versions with different graphic designs. The first version is shown in Fig. 1. The second version is shown in Fig. 2. The folded cardboard with foil is shown in Fig. 1. The cardboard is beige, with opposite sides featuring identical graphics. On the shorter side, the inscription "BRACIA SADOWNICY" is centered in a black rectangle on an orange rectangle. Below, in smaller font, the inscription "BRACIASADOWNICY.PL" is also in black. To the right of the inscription below are four trees (Christmas trees): two of the same height, then smaller ones, and finally larger ones. Adjacent to the top of the last one is the inscription "Z SADÓW PRZYJAZNYCH PSZCZOLOM," forming a circle with a line connecting both ends of the inscription. In the center of this circle is a bee. At the ends of the sides are apples and leaves. On the longer side, in the center, is a black inscription, "BRACIA SADOWNICY" (SEED BROTHERS), circumscribed within a circle. One word below the other, a line below the inscription. In the center, a branch with three leaves is incorporated, with two apples below it, and bees on either side. The entire design is surrounded by two lines. On the left, below it, on an orange rectangle, is the inscription in black, "BRACIASADOWNICY.PL." Four trees (Christmas trees) emerge from the center of the orange rectangle: two of the same height, then smaller ones, and finally larger ones. In the upper left corner is the inscription "Z SADÓW PRZYJAZNYCH PSZCZOLOM" (BEE-FRIENDLY ORCHARDS), forming a circle with a line connecting both ends of the inscription. In the center of this circle is a bee. The background is composed of apples on leafy branches in various configurations. On both sides, at the top, connecting the two longer sides, there is a black inscription on an orange background: "Fresh apples for winter."
