Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której od fig. 1 do fig. 4 sa przedstawione w widoku perspektywicznym 4 odmiany wyrobu, rózniace sie miedzy soba iloscia zwojów, fig. 5 przedstawia w widoku z boku przyklad dowolnego zestawu wyrobów uwidocznionych na fig. fig. od 1 do 4, zas fig. 6 przedstawia w widoku z góry przyklad dowolnego zestawu wyrobów uwidocznionych na fig. fig. od 1 do 4. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie. Wyrób czekoladowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt imitujacy loczek utworzony przez spiralne zwiniecie waleczka czekoladowego i ma kolor brazowy. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show four variations of the product in a perspective view, differing in the number of coils; Fig. 5 shows a side view of an example of any set of the products shown in Figs. 1 to 4; and Fig. 6 shows a top view of an example of any set of the products shown in Figs. 1 to 4. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape and color. The chocolate product, according to the industrial design, has a shape imitating a curl created by spirally winding a chocolate cylinder and is brown in color. Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the product, which has the form of a curl with one coil. In the second variant, the product in the form of a curl has 1.5 coils - as shown in Fig. 2. The product according to the third variant is a curl with a double coil - as shown in Fig. 3. The fourth variant of the product is a curl with a triple coil - as shown in Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design The chocolate product according to the first variant of the industrial design is characterized in that it has a shape imitating a curl with one coil, formed by a spiral winding of a chocolate cylinder and is brown in color - as shown in Figs. 1, 5 and 6. The chocolate product according to the second variant of the industrial design is characterized in that it has a shape imitating a curl, formed by a spiral winding of a chocolate cylinder, has 1.5 coils and is brown in color - as shown in Figs. 2, 5 and 6. The chocolate product according to the third variant of the industrial design is characterized in that it has a shape imitating a curl, formed by a double spiral winding of a chocolate cylinder and is brown in color - as shown in figs. 3, 5 and 6.
