PL 24703 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli pokojowych skladajacy sie z fotela oraz kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej z mozliwoscia wykorzystywania w typowych warunkach domowych, jak rów- niez w miejscach rekreacyjnych, czy pomieszczeniach goscinnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka powierzchni mebli wyrózniajaca sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, uzytkowymi, a takze ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda siedzenia. Ponadto jest mozliwosc zestawienia mebli do okreslonych aktualnych potrzeb i warunków korzystania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny z przodu fotela, fig. 2 – widok aksonometryczny z przodu kanapy dwu/trzyosobowej. Zestaw mebli pokojowych ma powierzchnie o barwie hebanu oraz powierzchnie tapicerowanych pokryc o barwie i fakturze charakterystycznej dla tkanin meblowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. W zestawie mebli pokojowych pierwsza odmiana jest fotel charakteryzujacy sie drewnia- nym stelazem laczacym odchylone pod katem tapicerowane tylne oparcie oraz siedzisko. Tylne oparcie ma poduche z lukowymi górnymi narozami i obszytymi krawedziami grubym walcowym kiederem, zas siedzisko ma poduche z obszyta górna krawedzia grubym kie- derem. Charakterystyczna cecha stelaza jest budowa bocznych oparc, z elementów drew- nianych. Poszczególne boczne oparcia wykonane sa z prostopadlych ramion nosnych po- laczonych ze soba katowo w uklad wygladem zblizony do litery „A". Katowe ramiona w czesci srodkowej polaczone sa ze soba pozioma listwa dodatkowo zlaczona z bocznym oparciem. Pozioma listwa moze sluzyc jako oparcie rak siedzacego w fotelu, a takze jako stoliczek. Hebanowy kolor powierzchni elementów drewnianych laczony jest z jasna barwa tkanin powierzchni tapicerowanej. 2. Druga odmiane zestawu mebli pokojowych stanowi kanapa dwu/trzyosobowa zawierajaca poduchy siedziska i tylnego oparcia o jednolitej budowie, z zaznaczonymi na powierzch- niach podwójnymi wszyciami z wglebieniami. Stelaze bocznych oparc wykonane sa iden- tycznie jak w fotelu. Wyróznikiem jest górne, szersze polaczenie pionowych ramion z po- zioma listwa oraz belkowe czolowe polaczenia bocznych oparc. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape and color of the furniture surfaces, distinguished by high aesthetic, functional, and ergonomic values related to seating comfort. Furthermore, it is possible to combine the furniture to specific current needs and conditions of use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from the front of the armchair, and Fig. 2 – an axonometric view from the front of the two-/three-seater sofa. The living room furniture set has ebony-colored surfaces and upholstered surfaces in the color and texture characteristic of furniture fabrics. Essential Features of Industrial Design 1. In the living room furniture set, the first variety is an armchair characterized by a wooden frame connecting an angled, upholstered backrest and seat. The backrest has a cushion with arched upper corners and edges trimmed with a thick cylindrical bolster, while the seat has a cushion with a thick bolster trimmed at the top. A characteristic feature of the frame is the construction of the side backrests, made of wooden elements. The individual side backrests are made of perpendicular support arms connected at angles in a configuration similar to the letter "A." The angled arms in the middle are connected by a horizontal slat, which is additionally connected to the side backrest. The horizontal slat can serve as a rest for the armchair user and also as a small table. The ebony color of the wooden elements is combined with the light color of the upholstered fabrics. 2. The second variety of living room furniture set is a two-/three-seater sofa with uniform seat and back cushions, featuring double stitching and recesses on the surfaces. The side backrest frames are made identically to those in the armchair. The distinguishing feature is the upper, wider connection of the vertical arms with a horizontal strip and the beam-like front connections of the side backrests.
